Alan is an Executive Director, Senior Portfolio Management Director, Workplace Advisor – Equity Compensation, Financial Advisor and founding Partner of The North Shore Group with over 40 years in the industry. He was recently named within Forbes’ Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list for two consecutive years. Alan’s mission is to make a difference in people’s lives through education and providing holistic wealth planning services with passion and integrity. He listens carefully to clients’ goals, values and concerns, while working tirelessly to help them achieve their personal and financial objectives.

Alan graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego and received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Alan is a salient member of the Chautauqua community in upstate NY, where he has been teaching courses at The Chautauqua Institute for more than ten years. Alan has also been a guest lecturer at Hofstra University, Molloy College and various investment seminars frequently hosted by The North Shore Group. Alan currently resides in Freeport, NY and enjoys bike riding, skiing, archery and volleyball.

Victoria is a Financial Advisor and Partner of The North Shore Group, of which she has been a part of for 16 years. She oversees Client Relations to ensure that The North Shore Group is creating the most optimal experience for our clients. Victoria obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation in 2016, which is widely recognized as one of the highest set of credentials in the global investment management industry. In addition to her CFA, Victoria leverages her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification by working closely with clients to design customized financial plans. Victoria was formerly a Client Service Associate when she first joined The North Shore Group in 2005 and has been promoted several times within the team. Since then, she has built a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our wealth management process. Victoria has a B.S. Degree in Financial Economics from Binghamton University. She lives in New Hyde Park, NY with her husband, two children, and miniature dachshund. She is a tennis enthusiast and enjoys both playing and watching tennis.

Chris is an Vice President, Financial Planning Specialist, Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation, Financial Advisor and Partner of The North Shore Group. Chris prides himself on being the clients “go-to” problem solver for simple and complex matters. He has continued to be the one clients depend on as their outside-CFO for individuals, multigenerational families, corporations and organizations alike. Chris graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Molloy College where Chris was a founding member of Molloy College’s Bloomberg Mayors Challenge consulting group. When Chris is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Karina, and two sons, Ryan and Liam, at their home in Rockville Centre, NY. Chris is also an avid car enthusiast.

Craig is an Associate Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisor and Partner of The North Shore Group, who first started with the team in 2013. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, Craig understands the complex needs of clients and help solve them with practical solutions. Craig leverages his expansive knowledge in Financial Services to bring a deeply analytical lens to our financial planning and investment advisory process. Before joining the team, Craig was previously a Client Service Associate with The North Shore Group and was a Financial Services Consultant with Big 4 Accounting Firm, Ernst & Young. Craig obtained a Master's Degree in Taxation from Hofstra University and an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from Molloy College. Craig is a technology enthusiast, enjoys playing in organized volleyball leagues across Long Island and spending time with his dog, Chester. Craig is an avid New York Giants and New York Yankees fan.

Luke Cortina, CFP^®, is a Financial Planning Specialist, Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation and a Financial Advisor with The North Shore Group. Luke re-joined the team in December of 2021 after spending two years as a Financial Services Senior Consultant for Protiviti, a global consulting firm. He originally joined The North Shore Group in 2017 as an Intern and then transitioned to Client Service Associate. Luke's main role is focused on business development and conducting financial plans for existing & prospective clients. Luke works closely with corporate executives with complex equity compensation packages. He helps maximize the value of a client’s stock options, restricted stock, and other long-term incentive benefits while aligning these awards with their specific goals. Luke also works with individuals & families transitioning from self-direct investing to an advisory-based, personalized long-term investing approach. Luke graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. Degree in Economics and Finance. Outside of work, you can find Luke at Madison Square Garden rooting on St. John’s Men’s Basketball or golfing. Luke currently resides in Deer Park, NY.

Jesse is a Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner^®, and Financial Planning Specialist with The North Shore Group at Morgan Stanley. He leverages his CFP^® designation and knowledge base to construct comprehensive, personalized financial strategies to help meet his clients' unique goals. Jesse graduated from Northeastern University with a dual concentration in Finance and Management in the University Honors Program in 2023. While pursuing his Bachelor of Science Degree at Northeastern, Jesse completed six-month Co-Op work experiences at Choate, Hall & Stewart, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. Outside of work, Jesse is an avid Yankees fan and a travel enthusiast.

Matt is an Assistant Vice President and the Director of Operations for The North Shore Group. Since joining the team 2019, Matt runs the day-to-day operations of the team and clients’ accounts to ensure the quality of our field services. With his past experience in the service sector, he also coordinates with our Financial Advisors to produce personalized and tailored wealth management solutions. Upon implementation, he continuously monitors accounts and works with our clients to ensure their goals will be met. Matt has a B.S. Degree in Finance, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Molloy College. On Matt’s spare time, you can usually find him in the kitchen thinking of another pastry design or planning another trip to the Caribbean. Matt currently resides in East Northport, NY.

Matthew A. Laudonio is a Client Service Associate with The North Shore Group at Morgan Stanley. He joined the team in April 2025 and is currently responsible for supporting clients with a high level of service while assisting the team's day-to-day operational needs. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Matthew spent eight years at Bethpage Federal Credit Union, where he served as an Assistant Branch Manager. In that role, he played a key part in building a high-performing team and developing meaningful relationships with members and communities across Long Island. In his free time, he enjoys watching the New York Giants and New York Yankees, as well as spending time with his family.

Mick Browne is a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to clients. With a strong commitment to excellence, he ensures that client needs are met with precision and care. Mick earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Molloy University in 2025. Mick played basketball on Molloy's men's varsity team for all five years of school and led the team as captain his senior year. Marked by a passion for client advocacy and a keen attention to detail, Mick brings both professionalism and a client-first mindset to every interaction.
