With more than 20 years of experience, Keith works closely with individuals, families and businesses to create comprehensive wealth management strategies that are personalized to their specific needs, goals and challenges. He focuses on financial planning, portfolio management, asset allocation, estate preservation strategies and tax mitigation strategies. Keith utilizes a consultative approach to gain a complete understanding of clients’ net worth, financial concerns and objectives. After evaluating the whole picture, he is able to build a financial plan that can helps ensure that near-term decisions have the potential to create the desired impact down the road for retirement and legacy objectives.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Keith worked at Piper Jaffray, where he and his team won the firm’s Guide of the Year in recognition of superior service to clients. He graduated with a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Keith is an avid golfer and promotes the game as a Director Emeritus with the Western Golf Association, which administers the Evans Scholar program, and he is a Past President of the Board of Directors of Pine Hills Country Club in Sheboygan. A Wisconsin native, Keith and his wife, Lindsey, reside in Sheboygan with their son Graeme and daughter Palmer. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, travel, upland bird hunting and time with the family’s two dogs, Cosmo and George.

Peggy works closely with individuals, families and businesses to create comprehensive planning strategies that help clients work toward their financial goals. She is committed to using a consultative approach to gain a complete understanding of her clients’ financial and family situations in order to align their plans with their objectives and circumstances. Her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designation is a testament to her dedication and knowledge around financial planning.

Peggy has more than 30 years of financial services experience, working for both national and regional financial services firms over the course of her career. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2008, she worked at Wells Fargo Advisors. Peggy received her B.A. in business administration from the College of St. Benedict, and she has earned the ChFC^® designation through the American College.

Peggy is very involved in community service and served on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sheboygan County from 2012 to 2020. From 1998 to 2004, Peggy was on the board of directors for Safe Harbor, a domestic abuse and sexual assault agency in Sheboygan County. She currently serves on fundraising committees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sheboygan County and Safe Harbor. In 2019, Peggy joined the Town & Country Garden Club, an organization that raises funds to maintain area gardens and parks. She lives in Howards Grove with her husband and has two adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys biking, traveling, gardening, reading and watching sports.

Jonathan provides a holistic approach to wealth management, focusing not only on investments, but also the peripheral issues that wealth can create. He leads clients in an interactive discussion to articulate their goals, understand their risks, navigate family dynamics and develop efficient strategies to manage their hard-earned wealth. Armed with the resources of Morgan Stanley, Jonathan is well equipped to provide first-class advice in an increasingly complex financial world. Jonathan grew up in a family that owned a multi-generational business, so he gained valuable first-hand knowledge of the unique challenges involved in managing an enterprise and the family dynamics that come with it.

Jonathan joined the firm in 2013 as a Financial Advisor, and from 2016 to 2019 he was named to Morgan Stanley’s Pacesetter’s Club, a global recognition program for Financial Advisors who demonstrate the highest professional standards and first-class client service during their first five years. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jonathan was one of the first employees of Enservio, an insurance consulting firm located near Boston, and he continued his career at the Sheboygan-based insurance firm Burkart-Heisdorf. He recently earned the Financial Planning Specialist designation, and he attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and graduated from Lakeland College with a B.A. in marketing and finance.

Jonathan is active in his community and has served in the Jaycees, Junior Achievement, Trinity Lutheran Church Council and has chaired the school board at Trinity Lutheran School in Sheboygan. Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and two children, Jonah and Katherine.

Nathan Hasenstein is the Resident Manager for the Sheboygan office of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Promoted to Resident Manager in 2026, Nathan works with clients and financial advisors to help ensure financial plans remain current, actionable, and aligned with long-term goals—while also supporting the day-to-day needs that come with building and preserving wealth.

Nathan brings a deep, planning-first approach to client relationships, with a focus on translating complex financial decisions into clear next steps. He helps clients implement and refine comprehensive strategies across retirement planning, cash flow and liquidity management, investment and risk considerations, and legacy and estate planning strategies. He also seeks to incorporate tax-aware planning principles—such as coordinating with clients’ tax professionals, evaluating the potential tax impact of investment and distribution decisions, and identifying potential opportunities to help improve after-tax outcomes through thoughtful timing, account location, and ongoing plan maintenance.

A key part of Nathan’s process is leveraging Morgan Stanley’s digital capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. By using technology to keep plans updated and organized, he helps clients make more informed decisions and stay on track as markets, tax rules, and life circumstances evolve.

Nathan began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2018 through the Wealth Advisor Associate program, where he helped teams expand their use of financial planning tools and firm technology to drive better client experiences. He attended Sheboygan Lutheran High School and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Concordia University Wisconsin before completing his Master of Business Administration at Marquette University.

Born and raised in Sheboygan, Nathan is passionate about supporting local charities and organizations, including Sheboygan Lutheran High School, Bethlehem Lutheran Church and School, WASH for Life Inc., and Children with Cancer of Sheboygan County. Like several of his business partners, he is an avid golfer, and he most values spending quality time with family and friends.

Todd has focused on employee benefit planning for more than 30 years, as Financial Advisor to mid to large sized business owners in need of retirement strategies for their employees. Todd earned the title of Corporate Retirement Director at Morgan Stanley based on his commitment and dedication to helping plan sponsors navigate the complexities of offering retirement plan programs to their employees – Todd is one of the less than 2% of all Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors who have attained this designation (as of December 2024). He has also achieved the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ (CRPS^®) designation, a reflection of his understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution plans and the advice and guidance he offers to plan sponsors. Todd earned a B.S. in Marketing from Truman State University in Missouri.

Clients can expect Todd to work with individual employees and plan sponsors to build long-term relationships that engender confidence. He serves his clients best by listening which allows him to understand their needs and goals. He then selects the appropriate plan options to help meet those objectives and applies them to help design an effective retirement plan. Todd has access to a full suite of services that can help bring confidence to plan sponsors and help ensure that clients are operating a legislatively current and administratively compliant plan.

Todd is married to Julia and they have three children, Danielle (husband TJ) baby Zoey, Jacob (wife Nora) and Lily all living across the country. Todd spends his free time participating in yoga, golfing and playing basketball. Todd has actively volunteered his time for Junior Achievement, Kohler Police Athletic League and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Mike Bernard began his career as an independent floor trader at The Chicago Board Options Exchange in 1992. During his time as a trader he was able to not only survive, but thrive in an ever-changing landscape over the course of two decades. Mike came away with a technical understanding of both equity and fixed-income markets, how they trade and what drives them. He also learned an invaluable skill set relative to managing a portfolio: Mitigating risk is critical.

The one aspect missing from his time spent on the trading floor was relationship building. In 2013 he changed roles and became a financial advisor at Wells Fargo, joining Morgan Stanley in 2017. As a financial advisor, Mike forms meaningful relationships with existing clients, referrals and prospective clients. He focuses on wealth management utilizing a process-driven, client-centric and collaborative approach. Mike and his branch colleagues like to say, “We work with our clients, not for them.”

Outside of the office, Mike is an avid fisherman, boater, golfer and enjoys mentoring youth. During his time in Chicago he coached teams, commissioned leagues and sat on the Welles Park Parents Association (WPPA) Board over a ten-year period. More recently he has volunteered
with Big Brother’s Big Sister’s in their Lunch Buddy’s program.

Mike received his bachelor’s in urban planning and development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and has three boys-Zach, Ethan and Luke.

Vicky is usually the first line of contact for assisting clients with their day-to-day financial requests. Her responsibilities include on-boarding new clients, processing new accounts, completing asset transfers, and managing clients’ everyday needs and office administrative duties. She enjoys getting to know the team’s clients and helping to resolve their account issues.

Vicky started her investment industry career in 1999 at Robert W Baird. She moved to Morgan Stanley in 2001 and subsequently earned the Series 7 and 66 licenses. Vicky holds a B.S. in health promotion wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Vicky lives in Kohler with her husband, Bruce, their dog, Spencer, and their cat, Mango. In her free time, she enjoys running, doing yoga and spending time outside with family in their butterfly garden. Vicky supports several charities, including the MACC Fund at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, the Ronald McDonald House of Eastern Wisconsin, the Humane Society of Sheboygan County and the Sheboygan Falls Food Pantry.

Lonna plays a crucial role on the team by assisting clients with their day-to-day financial requests. As the first point of contact for clients who call or visit the office, she provides first-class service while addressing each client’s specific needs. Lonna’s passion lies in building strong relationships with both current and future clients, helping them navigate their financial lives. Her excitement stems from learning about each client’s family and personal stories, as well as working with future generations.

Lonna joined Morgan Stanley in 2023. Prior to that, she worked in the Howards Groves school district for 12 years. She holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UW-LaCrosse. Recently, she obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, further enhancing her expertise in the financial industry.

Lonna resides in Howards Grove with her husband, Jack, and their dogs, Tegan and Hank. She has two adult daughters, Kait and Maddy, who live in the Milwaukee area. During her free time, Lonna enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. She also tends to her flower gardens and cherishes moments spent with family and friends. Additionally, Lonna actively supports several charities close to her heart, including Children’s Wisconsin and Camp Kesem—a non-profit organization that provides free summer camp experiences and support for children whose parents are undergoing cancer treatment.
