Experience

The Noesis Group is a closely-knit team of seasoned professionals with a complementary set of skills, knowledge and experience. We work diligently to provide our clients with exceptional service, objective advice and the benefit of our collective wisdom.

Together, we have more than 85 collective years of industry experience, providing highly customized advice, investment solutions and wealth management services to financially successful individuals, multi-generational families, retirees and business owners located in Silicon Valley and across the country.

Over the years, we have developed a strong understanding of economics and are well versed in the equity and fixed income markets. We have cultivated skills in investment management, retirement and estate planning strategies, and corporate retirement plans. Most importantly, we take pride in our ability to effectively communicate advanced concepts, putting them into action, so our clients can achieve financial independence.

At The Noesis Group, our ultimate purpose is to empower our clients to make informed decisions about their future. We work carefully to demystify the planning process by understanding their goals and values, and articulating the key activities needed to achieve their specific goals. Most importantly, we focus on creating long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families to help them simplify their lives, so they may pursue their passions and enjoy the wealth they’ve created.

Working With You

We believe achieving your financial goals begins with a well-crafted wealth management plan, a prudent investment philosophy and a proven process that is followed with diligence and discipline. Our five-step process provides the context to develop highly customized strategies intended to help you attain your goals.

Step 1: Discover. We develop a deep understanding of your professional, personal and financial situation, learning about your history, family, interests and concerns. This helps us personalize a plan to fit your needs and preferences.

Step 2: Develop. From this ongoing dialogue, we’ll develop a detailed action plan with recommendations to help you effectively build, protect and transfer your wealth. This serves as the foundation for building your initial plan, as well as future financial decisions.

Step 3: Present. We’ll schedule a formal meeting to provide details of your customized wealth management plan that, once executed, will work in tandem to help achieve your financial goals.

Step 4: Implement. Once you approve the plan, we will execute the investment changes and provide access to any additional services you require.

Step 5: Ongoing Review. Transparency is key to a successful long-term relationship. As we put your plan into action, we’ll set up a variety of tools so you have immediate access to your account information. And because markets and personal needs evolve over time, we’ll meet regularly to ensure your plan remains on track to achieve your goals.

Our Clients

Over the years, we have developed a strong and active practice that includes a broad range of clients. Essentially, all have accumulated significant assets, yet need help in developing a plan to:

• Approach a major life-changing event with confidence, such as the transition to retirement, the loss of a spouse, or the sale of a business

• Serve future generations and leave a lasting legacy

Our clients include:

• Multi-generational private wealth families

While each client has a unique personal and professional situation, they all have one thing in common: they are focused on achieving very specific financial goals, so they can focus on the areas of their lives that bring them joy, meaning and purpose.

1Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Investors should review a Program Disclosure Statement, which contains more information on investment options, risk factors, fees and expenses and possible tax consequences.
