About Stamford Niou

Stamford is an active Portfolio Manager with over 35 years of experience.  Stamford began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1986 with PaineWebber and later joined Morgan Stanley in 1990.

Leaving Singapore Stamford moved to the United States in 1976. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Finance from the University of Richmond in 1984 and was inducted into the American Chemistry Honor Society.  In 1997 he completed the Darden Executive Graduate Program of mergers and acquisitions.

Stamford prides himself on taking care of his clients.  For discretionary accounts he takes a tactical approach, reviewing each account on a daily basis seeking to manage the risks taken while striving to provide performance and preserving his client’s wealth.  He researches each company invested in thoroughly looking to the future of the company and that of his clients. 

His experiences  being born and obtaining his childhood education outside of the United States gives him a unique value added view to international investing that allows him to have a broader understanding of the emerging markets.   His goal is to make sure that every one of his clients gains financial independence.

Stamford lives in the Midlothian area near his Mother. He enjoys working with the students of the University of Richmond as a mentor whenever asked to do so and is an avid Spiders Fan.  One of his favorite past times is horticulture.  He grows various citrus fruits as well as other varieties of fruit and vegetables.  He is also enjoys going fly fishing.

About Stephanie J. Caudill

Stephanie has been a part of Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms, for over 25 years. She began her career with First Virginia Bank – Colonial (now part of Truist), in 1991 as a Bank Teller.

In 1996 Stephanie joined the Richmond, Virginia branch of Smith Barney, working as a cashier in the Branch Operations Department. Later, in 1999, she became the Branch Administrator, working closely with the Branch Manager, Regional Operations, and local Financial Advisors regarding operational and administrative issues.

Her desire to work directly with clients created the opportunity for her to work as a Registered Associate in 2005. Her current role, Portfolio Associate, affords her to the ability to participate in client as well as prospective client meetings. This interaction allows her to have a better understanding of the client(s) and assist with any questions or needs they may have, face to face or over the phone. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the team as well as all aspects of customer care.

Stephanie maintains the Series 65 Investment Advisor registration, Insurance License as well as her series 7, 31 & 63.

She is a native of Amelia County, Virginia where her two sons, Zacherie and Ashton currently reside. Stephanie is currently living in Columbia, South Carolina with her Fiancée’.

About E. Jarratt Ramsey, III

Jarratt has spent the last 25+ years in various fields of the financial industry. With that experience, he brings a distinctive perspective and understanding of personal finance to help clients accomplish their goals.

Jarratt is a 1996 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He began his career in the financial industry with Chesapeake Capital Corporation, a commodities trading advisor in 1996 as a trader; in 2003 Jarratt moved to managing the trading desks during overnight Asian and European trading.

In 2008 he took a position with Agecroft Partners in Richmond as Managing Director, helping institutional clients find suitable investments for a wide variety of portfolios. In order to be more closely aligned with his clients and their investments, he joined Morgan Stanley and The Niou Way Group in 2017.

Jarratt is a native of Richmond and lives in the Westhampton area with his wife, Buff, and their children, Jake and Sulli. A sports enthusiast, Jarratt was captain of the cross-country team while at Hampden-Sydney. In his spare time he enjoys playing squash, golf and running.
