About Daniel Neuman, CFP®, CEPA, FPS, QPFC

Daniel B. Neuman is an Executive Director, Senior Portfolio Management Director and Wealth Advisor within the Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley. His designations include CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Financial Planning Specialist (FPS), Alternative Investments Director, and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). He was named to Forbes' Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in Florida for 2022, 2023 and 2024. Dan and The Apex Point Group were also named a Forbes' 2022-2205 Best-In-State Wealth Management Team for Florida. He has also been recognized in Morgan Stanley's Masters Club.

About Jeffrey S. Embree, CFP®, ChSNC®, CDFA®, CIMA®

Jeffrey S. Embree is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor within the Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley and a founding partner of the Apex Point Group. A dedicated learner throughout his career and a passionate industry impactor, Jeff is a member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants (APIC). In addition, he has earned the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®), Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. The Apex Point Group were named from 2022 through 2025 as a Forbes' Best-In-State Wealth Management Team for Florida.

For more than 20 years, Jeff has served his clients with a unified approach to wealth management. He works primarily with high-net-worth individuals and families on their comprehensive wealth planning, portfolio management and asset allocation strategies that incorporate long-term trust and estate planning strategies with inter-generational family considerations. His professional focus also includes helping families prepare for the unique financial considerations that face people with special needs and the financial stages of divorce for those that are contemplating or pursuing marital dissolution.

In addition, Jeff works closely with business owners, Chief Financial Officers and Human Resource executives to help ensure that the 401(k) plans offered at their company are effectively structured and implemented.

Jeff has a passion for giving back to the community and is involved with various organizations focused on serving veterans, including American Corporate Partners. He is also actively involved with his alma mater, Colgate University, where he competed in hockey at the Division 1 level and now serves on the Alumni Council. Jeff continues to be devoted to hockey, serving as the President of the New York City chapter of Hockey Players in Business and plays frequently in his spare time. He is an avid skier, is actively involved as a member of the New York Athletic Club Ski Club and enjoys cycling. Jeff resides in Manhattan and the Hudson Valley with his wife, Emily Carey.

About Samuel F. Nuber, CAIA®*

Sam’s principal focus as team analyst is providing clients with customized investment solutions to help them achieve their long term financial goals and navigate challenging market environments. Sam is also responsible for all investment due diligence and understanding how the objectives of each strategy fit with the goals of our clients. Michelle is a Senior Registered Client Associate with 20 years experience in the financial industry. She worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for 10 years, and transitioned over to Morgan Stanley in 2007. Michelle is often the first line of contact on a broad array of administrative and operational services for clients. From opening and processing new account documents, trades, client wires, checks, journals, ACH transactions and a variety of other client inquiries. Michelle is passionate about providing excellent service with patience and dedication.

About Rachal Rich

Rachal Rich is a Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Rachal focuses on helping ensure that clients’ wealth management needs are met with diligence and in keeping with their larger financial goals.

Rachal began her career in financial services as a Client Services Associate with Smith Barney in 1997. Over the years, she became a leader in that role and was recognized for her outstanding achievements and excellence in client service. It was a natural progression for Rachal to enter Morgan Stanley’s Financial Advisor Associate program in 2018.

With a strong work ethic and client-centered approach, Rachal has extensive experience with all aspects of the financial planning process.

Outside of work, Rachal is passionate about giving back to the community. In her spare time, she volunteers at several animal rescue shelters and family centers.

About Walter J. Henry

Walter Henry is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Walter began his career in financial services in 1996, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Wealth Management Banker at the UBS Bank USA.

Walter is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Fordham University where he received an MBA in Finance. He lives in Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey with his family. Outside of the office, Walter is a Sunday Usher at St. Mark’s Church in Sea Girt, NJ, and he enjoys playing golf, biking, and traveling.

Brad Burton is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Palm Beach Complex. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Brad began his career in financial services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2020. Prior to his current role, he has held Senior Investment and Planning positions with J.P. Morgan, Northwestern Mutual and TIAA, working closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.

Brad earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona, is a CFA® Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional.

He currently resides in Weston, FL with his wife Marisa, daughter Brooke, and their pup Wally. In their spare time they enjoy hiking, going to the beach and trying all the local restaurants.
