THE 3PI PLANNING & INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK

The Nautilas Group offers a disciplined approach designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to your financial life. Our 3PI Planning & Investment Framework—Philosophy, Process, Planning, and Investing—provides a consistent method for organizing your financial picture and helping you make informed decisions as your needs evolve.
    Icon Image
    P1: Philosophy
Our philosophy is built on the belief that thoughtful planning begins with clear processes, consistent principles, and the effective use of modern technology. We emphasize: Our Process defines how we work with you and how your plan progresses over time. It is structured around four core steps:

    • Straightforward, repeatable processes
    • A disciplined and efficient approach
    • State-of-the-art planning tools to support decision-making

These principles form the foundation for every strategy we design.

    P2: Process
Our Process defines how we work with you and how your plan progresses over time. It is structured around four core steps:

    • Discover – First, we learn your goals and priorities to understand the full context of your finances
    • Create – Next, we design tailored strategies using analysis, risk review, and scenario-based testing.
    • Act – Then, we implement your plan with clear coordination to support your financial objectives.
    • Adjust – Finally, we refine your plan as your life, priorities, and market conditions evolve.
    Icon Image
    P3: Planning
Every plan we develop is tailored to the individual. Through detailed analysis, disciplined modeling, and stress testing—including “bad-timing” market scenarios—we help you understand how your strategy may perform across different conditions. This allows us to align your plan with both your immediate needs and long-term goals.
    Icon Image
    I: Investing
Our investment approach combines disciplined strategy with contemporary portfolio research. We focus on:

    • Objectivity and consistency
    • A long-term perspective
    • Multi-factor and quantitative insights
    • Managing risk and seeking tax-efficient outcomes

We design portfolios that support your overall financial plan and evolve as your goals and circumstances change.
