About George Bird
George Bird is a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley and has been with the firm for over 30 years. George is the founding partner of The Monarch Group and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) designation, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. His practice focuses on complex portfolio management and financial planning for affluent families and individuals, family businesses, estates, foundations and trust assets, as well as corporate cash management.
George is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business Investment Management Analyst Program and is a CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST (CIMA®).

About John Kennedy
John Kenendy is a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley and co-managing director of The Monarch Group. He began his investment career in 1991 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kent State University. His primary responsibilities include overseeing client relationships and investment strategies, coordinating with accountants, estate attorneys and other professionals to help shape clients’ financial lives.
John has been a financial advisor for more than 30 years. He has continually pursued opportunities to improve his ability to construct and execute on client investment strategies.
