We have a lot in common with our clients. Our partners have built and sold businesses, managed significant institutional investment portfolios, and faced the multidimensional interpersonal issues associated with the transfer of multigenerational wealth. We understand the issues they face and are committed to helping them navigate those challenges so they can realize their visions of successful lives. The families and individuals we serve include:
Managing Partners of Private Equity and Hedge Funds
Managing Partners of Private Equity and Hedge Funds and other professional investors who often require access to liquidity for personal and professional goals, along with asset allocation strategies to balance the substantial illiquid holdings in the funds they manage.
Senior Executives
Senior Executives who have complex incentive compensation packages and concentrated equity positions in public companies. While most are highly sophisticated in financial matters, their personal, business and civic commitments often leave them little time to focus on their personal finances.
Entrepreneurs and Business Owners
Entrepreneurs and Business Owners across a broad range of industries at various levels of experience, particularly those requiring wealth planning guidance in the all-important period leading up to the monetization of their business.

Our Process

We follow a highly disciplined process that helps us gain a clear understanding of your objectives, customize strategies to help meet those objectives, and suggest adjustments to your investment portfolios and wealth structuring so your plans keep pace with the changes in your life.
    Step 1: Discovery
Our relationship begins with an in-depth discussion of your family's needs, values, lifestyle and aspirations for the future. We will also review your balance sheet, current statements, estate plans and other essential documents together to gain a clear picture of your current wealth plan.
    Step 2: Wealth Strategies
Having gained a clear understanding of needs and goals, we will identify planning strategies that may be effectively tailored to your personal and financial objectives.
    Step 3: Asset Allocation
We help you develop a customized asset allocation model that reflects your investment time horizon and risk profile across multiple accounts and tax structures. We may also explore short-term adjustments to take advantage of opportunities created by temporary market distortions.
    Step 4: Implementation
After extensive due diligence and analysis of expected results across a range of market scenarios, investment strategies from our open-architecture, global investment platform can be leveraged to create your portfolio. This process can help to create a more efficient balance of risk and return for your specific strategy.
    Step 5: Assessment and Adjustments
Coordinating with you and your other advisors, we conduct ongoing reviews and comprehensive reporting to help ensure that your strategy adapts to changing financial and family needs.

Financial Planning

We offer a wide range of wealth planning solutions to help accommodate our clients' specific needs.
