Born in Rome, Italy, Federico has split time between Italy and Florida and graduated from the Florida State University in 2011. While completing his Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Psychology, Federico interned for two summers in the Finance department at Euromoney Institutional Investor in New York City. In 2012, he went on to earn a Master's degree in Sport Management from the Florida State University. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2013, Federico has earned his Series 7, Series 66 and Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses. About Charles Minter

Charlie Minter graduated from Florida State University in 1991 with a finance degree. He was hired by Merrill Lynch to be a financial advisor in Tallahassee, FL in July of 1991. Charlie worked at Merrill Lynch for 18 years growing a business that focused on retirement planning for individuals and businesses.  In January of 2009, Charlie and his sales assistant Stacy Adams, decided to move their business to Morgan Stanley. Charlie, his wife Annasue, and their three children reside in Tallahassee. Mr. Minter coaches for Team Florida and was the interim head coach of Florida State University lacrosse program and still assists both of the programs today.
