The Certified Portfolio Manager ® (CPM) designation is sponsored by the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers, and Columbia University in New York.

The Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC®) program will enhance your retirement planning expertise and becoming certified will tangibly demonstrate your commitment to helping your clients make informed decisions.

Alternative investments involve complex tax structures, tax inefficient investing, and delays in distributing important tax information. Individual funds have specific risks related to their investment programs that will vary from fund to fund. Clients should consult their own tax and legal advisors as Morgan Stanley Wealth Management does not provide tax or legal advice.

Bonds are subject to interest rate risk. When interest rates rise, bond prices fall; generally the longer a bond's maturity, the more sensitive it is to this risk. Bonds may also be subject to call risk, which is the risk that the issuer will redeem the debt at its option, fully or partially, before the scheduled maturity date. The market value of debt instruments may fluctuate, and proceeds from sales prior to maturity may be more or less than the amount originally invested or the maturity value due to changes in market conditions or changes in the credit quality of the issuer. Bonds are subject to the credit risk of the issuer. This is the risk that the issuer might be unable to make interest and/or principal payments on a timely basis. Bonds are also subject to reinvestment risk, which is the risk that principal and/or interest payments from a given investment may be reinvested at a lower interest rate.

About Keilly Cutler

Keilly’s exposure to Wealth Management came at an early age – from dinner table conversations with her parents who met working as Financial Advisors at EF Hutton in the early 1980s. Their family core values –gratitude, respect, transparency and hard work – are the foundation for how she seeks to help others achieve their best lives.

Keilly holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and is the team’s Financial Planning Specialist. She works with clients to uncover and define what is most important to them in order to structure and implement their short and long term wealth management strategies. Keilly is partnered with her father Andrew Cutler. Together they leverage the team’s combined 40+ years of industry experience and Morgan Stanley’s vast resources to deliver customized financial plans and investment strategies for business owners and families. They feel privileged to work with many multigenerational families and are skilled in helping their clients navigate the complexities that arise around generational wealth. Financial literacy, Sustainability and Social Responsibility are important to Keilly, so she has a strong focus in Impact and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) investing.

Prior to joining the Middlesex Group at Morgan Stanley, Keilly spent over 10 years in the Recruiting and Staffing Industry. Similar to Financial Planning, this work was collaborative, goal oriented and constantly changing. Keilly’s staffing career culminated in her role as a Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group where she opened, built and managed their Associates Division in Austin, TX. Her clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to Technology startups, Construction, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, to small Professional Services firms. Keilly’s success comes in part to her ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, plan accordingly, follow through and adapt quickly to her client’s unique and everchanging needs.

Keilly enjoys hiking, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing tennis, practicing yoga, and traveling with her family and friends. She lives in Newton, MA with her husband Scott. In the winters they chase the snow and in the summers they enjoy relaxing at their lake cabin on Moose Pond in Maine. They are both former outdoor wilderness guides who met working at the Chewonki Foundation in Wiscasset, ME. Keilly serves on the board of directors for Communities for People, a foster care and adoption non-profit, and on the Alumni Council for the Rivers School. She is a registered yoga teacher, former board member at the Learning About Multimedia Project and has volunteered through other organizations including the Gay Men’s Health Crisis Center (GMHC), Step Up and the Newton Rotary. Keilly graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Global Studies from St Lawrence University where she spent a semester studying in Shanghai, China at East China Normal University. She grew up in Dover, MA and attended the Rivers School in Weston, MA.

1Alternative Investments are speculative and include a high degree of risk. An investor could lose all or a substantial amount of his/her investment. Alternative investments are appropriate only for qualified, long-term investors who are willing to forgo liquidity and put capital at risk for an indefinite period of time.

2The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
