About Matthew S Coe
Matt Coe joined Morgan Stanley in 1995, and he brings over 35 years of total financial services experience to the nine-member MCM Group, where as a senior partner he is responsible for establishing and overseeing the group's efforts in asset management and discretionary portfolio management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Matt spent 10 years with First Union Capital Markets in a similar capacity covering middle market institutions and high-net-worth clients.
Having achieved the Family Wealth Director designation, Matt and his team are distinctively positioned to provide unparalleled access to experiences, resources, products and services to their high-net-worth clients. In addition to his professional designations, Matt holds the Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as being life and health/ long term care insurance licensed.
Matt is named to the 2020 Forbes Best-In-State of North New Jersey’s Wealth Advisors list, and for the third consecutive year (2018-2020), Matt has been recognized by NJ Monthly Magazine as a Top 5 Star New Jersey Wealth Manager. In 2019, Matt achieved membership in Morgan Stanley’s prestigious President’s Council.
Matt has a B.A. in Political Science/Government from St. Lawrence University. He completed the Management Training Program at First Fidelity Bank in 1985. About Todd E Waters
Todd is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), holds the CLTC (Certified in Long-Term Care) designation, and is a partner of the MCM Group at Morgan Stanley. Todd has 20 years of industry experience (19 years with the MCM Group) and focuses on financial planning strategies and analysis. As a CFP® certificant, Todd helps clients navigate financial and life transitions. He works collaboratively with clients to create customized, comprehensive financial plans designed to address financial blind spots. Additionally, Todd is the Group’s life insurance, long term care, and annuity person. With that focus, Todd provides clients with reviews of existing policies in addition to offering income replacement and wealth transfer solutions.
Todd attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a minor concentration in Economics. Todd was a founding Board Member of the Apothecary Theatre Company in New York City, and currently resides in Scotch Plains, New Jersey with his wife Laura and their two sons. Together they enjoy their sons’ youth sports, in addition to traveling, exercising and participating in outdoor activities, including golf, tennis, pickleball, and skiing/snowboarding.

Rob joined The MCM Group of Morgan Stanley in Morristown, NJ as a Financial Advisor in 2020. He spends his time working with clients in four key areas: financial planning, investment management, alternative investments, and lending solutions. In 2023 and 2024, he was awarded membership to Morgan Stanley’s Pacesetter’s Club, a global recognition program for Financial Advisors who, early in their careers, have demonstrated the highest professional standards and first class client service.

Michael joined The MCM Group of Morgan Stanley in Morristown, NJ as an Wealth Management Analyst in 2023. Michael started his career at UBS on their Advisory Platform as a Client Associate and most recently, worked as an Equity Trading Analyst at BTIG, LLC in NYC. Michael grew up in Nutley, NJ and attended Seton Hall Prep where he graduated in 2015. Following graduation, he attended Muhlenberg College where he studied Finance and was also a member of the football team. Michael currently resides in Hoboken, NJ and in his free time enjoys running, golf and spending time with family and friends. He currently holds his Series 7 and 66 professional licenses.
About Nick Price
Nick joined the MCM Group in late 2023 and brought with him four years’ worth of experience working within wealth management. After completing his pre-med studies at Rutgers University, he transitioned into the finance industry by joining Ameriprise Financial as an associate advisor. From there he moved to Morgan Stanley where he spent three years leading the service efforts for a team based in Manhattan. During his time at Rutgers, he competed as a member of the track and field and cross-country teams and was named as a team captain for his senior year. These days, when he’s not at a Jets game, he enjoys spending his free time running, cycling, snowboarding, reading, and following the markets. Nick currently holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
