Meet The McLoughlin and duPont Group

About Brian McLoughlin

Drawing on 25 years of professional investing and financial planning experience, Brian McLoughlin helps crafts comprehensive wealth management strategies for a select clientele of high-achieving individuals and their families. Brian and his partner of 20 years, Andrew duPont, share a deep commitment to helping each of their clients pursue their unique goals, and to delivering an exceptional standard of service.

As a designated Senior Portfolio Manager, Brian helps his clients create and maintain highly customized investment strategies. These form the core of holistic wealth plans that encompass every aspect of their financial lives, often including hedging strategies, cash management and lending services, wealth transfer planning and the management of highly concentrated equity positions.

Brian began his wealth management career at Morgan Stanley in 1998 after earning a degree in Liberal Arts from Queensborough Community College. In 2006, he and Andrew moved their practice to UBS, where they spent ten years before returning to Morgan Stanley.

Originally from Queens, New York, Brian and his wife now live in Washington Township, New Jersey. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys boating and golf. Brian also manages the Caddy Scholarship Program at the Arcola Country Club in Paramus.

About Andrew duPont

Andrew duPont brings more than 20 years of professional investing and financial planning experience to the services of his team’s client. Working with a select clientele of affluent individuals and their families Andrew and his partner of 20 years, Brian McLoughlin, deliver an outstanding level of personal service, and share a deep commitment to helping their clients define and pursue their most important goals.

About Alexandra Yee

Alexandra Yee is a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley. Since joining the firm in 2018, Alex has been providing The Midtown Group with administrative, operational and marketing support. Her primary responsibility is client interaction and client-related services.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Alex was an Associate Buyer at Christian Louboutin where she was responsible for the buying and account management for the East Coast and Canada.

Alex holds a degree in Business Management from Providence College. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.

Currently, she lives in Long Island with her husband.

About John LaMacchia

John LaMacchia joined the The Midtown New York Group at Morgan Stanley in July 2022 as a Client Service Associate. In this role, John's primary responsibility is to foresee the administrative duties for the team and our clients. In addition, John works to keep the team organized, streamline its operations, as well as provide general assistance to our clients' questions or concerns. He pays great attention to detail, has many bright ideas, and adds a fresh energy to the team. John holds the Series 7 FINRA registrations.

John grew up in Glen Rock, NJ and recently graduated from Montclair State University, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Finance. In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf and hockey, as well as fishing, hiking and traveling.

About Diana Moy

Diana joined the McLoughlin & duPont Group at Morgan Stanley as a Registered Client Service Associate and brings over 29 years of industry experience to our team.

‌Diana's passion for helping clients, her ability to connect with others, along with understanding the financial services industry with an extensive background in risk and operations management makes her an ideal addition to the team. She focuses on what is needed and then pools knowledge, advice and resources to provide exceptional service. Diana had known Brian and Andrew from her previous role as an Assistant Operations Manager earlier in their respective careers.

Diana received a B.B.A in finance from Baruch College and holds both Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and going hiking.
