What We Value

These are some examples of values that we believe are necessary to have in our relationships with our clients to see the most success.
    Icon Image
    Relationship Oriented
We really prioritize our relationship with our clients. We believe that trust and getting to know someone personally is the first step. We try to always see our clients in person and have that face to face connection.
    Icon Image
    Problem Solving
Financial Problems can become the largest weight on someone's shoulders. Added to the fact that people have many other problems weighing them down. We look to help solve not only your financial problems, but help relieve that weight however we can. There is no reason to be facing your financial life alone. We are here to guide, educate and assist any way we can to help you live your most comfortable life.
    Icon Image
    Unique Service
Your situation is unique to you and only you, so why are there so many "one size fits all" things out there? We take into account as many factors as we can so our service to you is as far from cookie cutter as you can get.
    Icon Image
    Open Communication
One of the most unsung things in people's lives is having someone that tells you the things you need to hear. Sometimes those conversations are tough, but they need to be had. They have proven to provide invaluable information that benefits our clients throughout their lifetime.

The Madison Square Group Difference

    HER Way
HER Way's mission is simple: ENGAGE, EMBRACE, and EMPOWER women to live their best financial and personal lives. We do this by curating content and hosting regular events featuring dynamic speakers talking about the financial and personal issues that are important to women

The Process

When we work together, you benefit from personalized advice, objective guidance and dedication to your success as an investor. Our goals-based wealth management approach will address key areas of your financial life beyond traditional investments and may incorporate diverse recommendations for helping build and preserve your wealth. Here we’ve outline our approach when working with you:
    Icon Image
Step 1: Setting Your Financial Objectives
Our process begins with a detailed conversation that identifies what is truly important to you. During this meeting, we’ll ask a series of questions to provide an in-depth understanding of your personal, professional and financial situation, while educating us about your long-term investment goals, time horizon and tolerance for risk. If you own a business, we may also discuss your current cash management needs and plans for growth.
    Icon Image
    Step 2: Developing Your Strategy
From this ongoing dialogue, we’ll analyze your current situation and begin to develop specific strategies to help achieve your goals. This analysis will address income and retirement planning, investment management, strategic borrowing, wealth transfer and business succession planning. Your customized plan will also include an asset allocation strategy designed to help achieve your financial goals in light of your risk tolerance and investment time horizon.
    Icon Image
    Step 3: Implementing Your Strategy
Once you’ve approved your plan, we will begin to execute each strategy, working closely with you to help ensure each of the various elements of your plan effectively integrate with one another. Wherever appropriate, we will suggest seeking in-depth advice from professionals on particularly complex issues we’ve identified, such as estate planning and tax minimization strategies. Whatever approach we implement, we will help keep your strategy on track.
    Icon Image
    Step 4: Reviewing Your Performance
You will receive a quarterly review that outlines your portfolio’s performance, helping you track your progress. Moreover, when your personal situation or market conditions change significantly, we will suggest appropriate adjustments to your portfolio to help it remain aligned with your goals.
Legacy Planning isn't just for older people. You can consider how to provide for people and causes you care about while balancing your own goals at any age. Life happens quickly. Make it a priority to coordinate your financial and estate plans.

8The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria.
