Bill Lymangood is a Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Management Director and Family Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley where his team assists families with the accumulation, management, utilization and transfer of wealth. Bill’s father opened the first Morgan Stanley office in Naperville in 1981 and Bill worked alongside him at The Lymangood Group for 10 years. Bill has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000 (licensed, but non-practicing) and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2014. He has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. In 2023 and 2024, The Lymangood Group was recognized as a Best-In-State Wealth Management Team. Bill’s combination of experience and youth will enable him to serve as a financial advisor to his clients and their families for years to come.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, Bill spent over 10 years working as a management consultant in the financial services industry spanning strategy, technology and finance & performance management with Andersen Consulting (subsequently known as Accenture), Ernst & Young and Capgemini. Bill graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in Financial Accounting.

Residing in Naperville, IL, Bill and his wife, Meghan, have two active boys: Liam and Charlie. He spends his time enjoying the outdoors with the family and through scouting, fly fishing, traveling and attending the boys’ various sporting competitions.

Jennifer is a Portfolio Associate and Financial Planning Specialist with The Lymangood Group at Morgan Stanley. Jennifer has held a variety of positions at Morgan Stanley since 2015 including Financial Advisor and Wealth Management Associate. She earned her Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis in Indiana and completed her undergraduate degree at Methodist University in North Carolina earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing as well as her Professional Golfers Association certification.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jennifer spent 10 years working as a PGA Golf Professional. Her previous positions involving management, coaching and most recently financial advising gives her a broad perspective to make sure every client has a tailored experience as well as an appropriately built financial plan to meet their needs. Jennifer is particularly interested in behavioral finance and economics and is passionate about investing with impact where clients’ moral and social beliefs are properly aligned with their portfolios.

Residing in Frankfort, IL, Jennifer is married to her husband, Chas Minnemeyer, and they have two daughters, Cora and Remi. Outside of the office, she enjoys working out with her friends and sharing her love for sports with her family. In addition, she is a foodie and fond of entertaining.

About Charley Hansen

Charley is a Vice President and Investment Consultant at Morgan Stanley who brings deep analytical skills focused on a broad range of family wealth management priorities including strategies and tailored solutions for families. He has been a CFA® Charterholder since 2011 and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2017.

Charley has held a variety of roles at Morgan Stanley over the last 14 years. Prior to joining The Lymangood Group in 2020, he worked with Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources group, combining wealth planning and asset allocation to bring cohesive, personalized solutions to the firm’s ultra-high net worth clients. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2008, Charley worked as a Systems Engineer in Motorola’s networks division.

Charley graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and furthered his education with a Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago. He and his wife, Anna, both grew up in Naperville where they currently reside with their two sons. Outside of the office, he enjoys time with his family camping, hiking, playing ping pong and working in the yard.

About Tracy Couch

Tracy brings a depth of retirement plan knowledge to the team, in addition to managing client communications. Tracy joined The Lymangood Group at Morgan Stanley in 2005. She has more than 25 years of management and client service experience, which helps her effectively execute the daily financial needs of our clients and contribute to an exceptional overall client experience.

Tracy lives in Braidwood, IL with her significant other, Greg Clark. Tracy and Greg enjoy feeding the backyard wildlife while relaxing with their dogs, Bonsai Joe and Sam.

About Andrea Grant

Andrea joined The Lymangood Group at Morgan Stanley in May 2017. Prior to joining us, she spent more than 6 years working as part of the management team in the Chicago West Branch of Morgan Stanley.

Andrea has 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry primarily in management and operations, along with earlier experience as an Investment Specialist. She has a strong background in operations and excels in resolving client issues. Andrea is a valuable addition to our team as we continue to elevate The Lymangood Group’s Family Wealth Advisory Services.

Andrea and Ian were married in 2019 at Niagara Falls Canada. They live on the Kankakee River in Wilmington, IL. They enjoy traveling and participating in car shows in Andrea’s 1957 Ford Thunderbird. Ian, golf pro at Oak Brook Golf Course, has been teaching Andrea how to golf.

Alex is a Registered Associate and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with The Lymangood Group at Morgan Stanley. As a graduate of Aurora University, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our team. Alex supports the daily operations of the team with a focus on financial planning.

Jordan Hoerter is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Illinois.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Jordan began his career in financial services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President, Private Banker at Associated Bank.

Jordan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. He lives in Chicago, Illinois.. Jordan donates his time with United Way, Emerging Leaders, Blessings in a Backpack and Junior Achievement.
