About Gregory L. Chaskin

Greg Chaskin, CEPA®, CDFA®, Family Wealth Director, Senior Portfolio Management Director and founder of The Lowell Group, brings over 25 years of diversified corporate finance and capital markets experience to his Financial Advisory practice. Greg tailored his practice to address the complex needs of Ultra-High-Net Worth Individuals and Families, Small and Middle Market Businesses/Business Owners/Founders, Private Equity and Hedge Fund Founders. Greg and his team provide a Virtual Family Office experience to their Clients needing these comprehensive services. Communication, availability, transparency, and technical acumen make up the foundation of The Lowell Group.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Greg was a Director within the Duff and Phelps transaction advisory practice, he advised private equity funds and strategic buyers/sellers on merger and acquisition strategies for transactions across a variety of industries, including but not limited to technology, manufacturing, service, distribution, financial, hospitality. Greg was also with JP Morgan Partners, the private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase. He was also an analyst in the Goldman Sachs fixed income group. Greg began his career with Arthur Andersen, public accounting firm, and participated in engagements across multiple industries.

Greg is a non-practicing C.P.A. - NYS Licensed, a private venture investor, and Founder. Greg graduated from the University at Albany School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting. He resides in New York with his Family – and in his free time when not being silly with his kids, Greg enjoys, playing Tennis and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

About Chelsea Brogan

Chelsea Brogan, CFP® joined Morgan Stanley in 2013, and partnered with the Lowell Group at Morgan Stanley in October 2023.

Chelsea's role as a Financial Advisor is to work closely with clients on both financial planning and portfolio management.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chelsea has extensive knowledge of the financial planning process. Working with clients to uncover goals, concerns, and risks allows her to analyze wealth planning data and develop solutions that can help empower clients in understanding their financial situation and reaching their goals.

Chelsea's knowledge in portfolio management focuses on customized investment strategies, asset allocation, tax-aware investing, and security selection. She provides fundamental insights in portfolio construction for both equity and fixed income portfolios, as well as in capital markets.

Chelsea has been named in Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Pacesetters club recognizing a select group of Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors for their consistent excellence in investment and wealth management services (2021-2023). She has also been awarded the Five Star Wealth Advisor recognition for four consecutive years (2020-2024).

After graduating from of The University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration focused in Accounting, Chelsea earned a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University, with a Certificate in Finance focused in Investments and Corporate Finance.

Chelsea was born and raised in WA State, and now lives in Manhattan. She is passionate about financial literacy, advocating for equality for women and marginalized groups, and giving back to the community. When she is not working, Chelsea enjoys traveling, reading, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors.

Andrew joined the Lowell Group at Morgan Stanley in February 2022 as a Registered Associate and Financial Planning Specialist. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked at AllianceBernstein in Washington D.C. as a Private Wealth Associate. Andrew is experienced in Financial Planning, Investment Management and Operational Risk Management delivered to High-Net-Worth Families, Private Foundations/Institutions, and Non-Profit Organizations.
Andrew graduated from Wake Forest University, School of Business in May 2020, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. While at Wake Forest University, Andrew obtained industry experience as an intern at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and FS Investments.

Andrew maintains a passion for philanthropic endeavors. Most notably, Andrew has held philanthropic leadership positions as an Executive Committee member of Hydrating Humanity, a prominent non-profit humanitarian organization, as well as the Philanthropy Chairman of the Sigma Chi Delta Nu Chapter. Andrew is originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia and enjoys playing tennis and traveling with family and friends.

About William M. Ryan

A financial services veteran with over 33 years of experience. Bill has significant technology and systems knowledge , a positive disposition, commitment to our client service model, and excellent communication skills.
