Our Mission Statement
Our Story and Services
What's Your Why?
Maybe your wealth reflects years of hard work and sacrifice, or the security you've built for your family. Perhaps it's the freedom to live life on your terms — how you spend your time, where you go, and who you help along the way. For some, it's the business that became more than just a company. For others, it's the vacation house that brings generations together each summer. Maybe it's the foundation you're building in memory of a loved one, or the quiet pride of giving your children more choices than you had. Whatever it is, your wealth carries meaning. And that meaning is where we begin.
Beyond the Balance Sheet
As Financial Advisors at Morgan Stanley, we've spent decades advising ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. While the specifics of wealth — real estate, equities, art collections — may change, the essence remains. Your wealth is personal, emotional, and deeply connected to your values. That's why we approach every strategy with a deep understanding of what your wealth means to you.
Excellence at Every Level
What sets us apart is not just performance, but our ability to integrate every layer of your life into one coherent strategy. Whether it's managing intricate investments for tax-efficiency, facilitating business transitions, or working with Family Office Resources to create bespoke family governance strategies, our comprehensive approach blends our own deep experience with the institutional-caliber resources of Morgan Stanley. The result? A comprehensive strategy designed to help address every facet of your wealth with precision and care.

About Me
After beginning his career at Salomon Smith Barney, Patrick went on to join UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo before returning to the Morgan Stanley platform. At the firm, Patrick earned the elite title of Global Sports and Entertainment Director — reflecting the depth of his experience and understanding of the unique challenges clients face when managing significant wealth and narrow windows for earnings. Over the years, his dedication to client success has earned him national recognition, including being named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025.
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Patrick focuses on The Lowe Group’s discretionary investment strategy; delivering bespoke, tax-aware portfolios designed to evolve alongside the needs of each client. His broad proficiency spans the nuanced financial lives of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families — particularly those with complex balance sheets or concentrated, unpredictable income streams, such as professional athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs. Blending disciplined portfolio construction with advanced planning around retirement income, liquidity, insurance, and philanthropy — he and the team help manage risk and grow wealth with purpose over many decades and multiple generations.
Outside the office, Patrick channels his drive into endurance sports, scuba diving, and photography — and he’s never far from a bass guitar. A man of faith and service, Patrick volunteers through his local church and supports a variety of Southern California causes alongside Charlie. Together, they live in California with their two sons, Brandon and Matt.

5Structured Investments are complex and not appropriate for all investors. An investment in structured investments involves risks. These risks can include but are not limited to: fluctuations in the price, level or yield of underlying asset(s), interest rates, currency values and credit quality, substantial loss of principal, limits on participation in appreciation of underlying asset(s), limited liquidity, credit risk, and/or conflicts of interest. Many structured investments do not pay interest or guarantee a return above principal at maturity. Investors should read the security’s offering documentation prior to making an investment decision.
6When Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, its affiliates and Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors (collectively, “Morgan Stanley”) provide “investment advice” regarding a retirement or welfare benefit plan account, an individual retirement account or a Coverdell education savings account (“Retirement Account”), Morgan Stanley is a “fiduciary” as those terms are defined under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), and/or the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”), as applicable. 9The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.

Clients should consult their tax advisor for matters involving taxation and tax planning and their attorney for matters involving trust and estate planning and other legal matters.
13Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice.
