Our Story and Services

What's Your Why?
Maybe your wealth reflects years of hard work and sacrifice, or the security you've built for your family. Perhaps it's the freedom to live life on your terms — how you spend your time, where you go, and who you help along the way. For some, it's the business that became more than just a company. For others, it's the vacation house that brings generations together each summer. Maybe it's the foundation you're building in memory of a loved one, or the quiet pride of giving your children more choices than you had. Whatever it is, your wealth carries meaning. And that meaning is where we begin.

Beyond the Balance Sheet
As Financial Advisors at Morgan Stanley, we've spent decades advising ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. While the specifics of wealth — real estate, equities, art collections — may change, the essence remains. Your wealth is personal, emotional, and deeply connected to your values. That's why we approach every strategy with a deep understanding of what your wealth means to you.

Excellence at Every Level
What sets us apart is not just performance, but our ability to integrate every layer of your life into one coherent strategy. Whether it's managing intricate investments for tax-efficiency, facilitating business transitions, or working with Family Office Resources to create bespoke family governance strategies, our comprehensive approach blends our own deep experience with the institutional-caliber resources of Morgan Stanley. The result? A comprehensive strategy designed to help address every facet of your wealth with precision and care.

Let's Start with Your Why
Together, we can design a wealth strategy that reflects your values, vision, and goals. To start the conversation, please give us a call at (818) 713-4752.

Our Commitment to Preserving and Growing Family Legacies

At the heart of our practice is a deep commitment to preserving and growing family legacies. As a family team ourselves, we bring a personal understanding to the importance of aligning generations and values in the stewardship of wealth.
    Icon Image
    A Unified Vision.
No legacy is built in one generation. That’s why we work with you and your family to create a Family Mission Statement — a living document that reflects your core values and long-term goals. Reassessed annually, it helps reduce conflict, streamline decision-making, and unify your family’s wealth strategy.
    Icon Image
    Beyond the Basics.
Our services go far beyond investment management. From tax optimization and estate planning to business succession and philanthropic efforts, we leverage Morgan Stanley’s Family Office resources, offering bespoke solutions such as trusts, foundations, and tailored lending strategies to ensure wealth preservation and growth.

    Facilitating Strategic Family Dialogue.
We understand that family wealth can be emotionally complex. Our role is to facilitate open, honest conversations around wealth transfer, governance, and legacy. Over the years, we’ve served in many different capacities — and hosted many family board meetings — to help ensure sensitive topics are addressed thoughtfully and with care.
    Icon Image
Education is the Cornerstone of Lasting Wealth.
We believe multigenerational success isn't just about passing down assets — it’s about helping future generations prepare to manage it responsibly. Through personal conversations and financial education, we help empower the next generation to become informed stewards of your wealth.

Case Study 1: Turning Concentration into Opportunity
A client approached us with a highly appreciated stock position they had held for years — a source of pride, but also a major tax challenge. They were philanthropic by nature, but also looking for steady income. To help meet both goals, our team introduced a solution that helped them reduce their tax liability and generate income over time — all while supporting causes they care deeply about. The result was a tax-efficient strategy that helped transform a legacy position into a long-term giving and income vehicle.
Case Study 2: A Smarter Way to Help Reduce Taxes and Reframe Insurance
A client came to us with a portfolio rich in unrealized gains and a suite of outdated strategies originally intended for tax-efficiency. With regulations and needs having shifted, our team got to work. We helped craft a targeted tax strategy to that sought to offset portfolio gains while preserving portfolio balance. Then, we helped adjust their planning to better address current priorities — shifting focus from outdated objectives to more relevant goals like long-term care and wealth preservation. Together, these moves not only helped improve their tax efficiency, but helped align their plan with current needs and goals.
Case Study 3: Navigating a Business Sale. And Everything That Comes With It.
For one of our clients, a significant financial transition marked the beginning of a new chapter for the entire family. Our team worked closely with the client, their partners, and Morgan Stanley’s specialists to help craft a seamless strategy for managing the event. But the work didn’t stop there. Because the transition created a host of complex family needs — from charitable giving to lending solutions. With multiple generations involved, we helped unify the family’s financial picture, hosting board-style family meetings that helped set the stage for a lasting family legacy.

UNDERSTAND, ADVISE, DELIVER... SUCCEED

13Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan.
