About Us
Bobby Kolev is a Corporate Cash Investment Director and International Client Advisor. Bobby’s team is one of 24 designated Cash Management teams at Morgan Stanley and the team has $10 Billion (as of 06/30/2024) in assets under management for institutional clients. Our top priority is capital preservation, closely followed by liquidity and returns.
•We provide a custom-tailored investment approach that is designed to help obtain the highest return available while maintaining the client’s investment objectives and liquidity requirements.
•We are purely transactional and we do not charge management fees. There are no custody fees, no reporting fees and no wire transfer fees.
•We work predominantly with fixed income instruments such as money market funds, commercial paper, municipal bonds, CDs, treasuries, and investment grade corporate bonds.

About Bobby Kolev
Bobby Kolev is a Managing Director, Chairman’s Club Member, and has held the title of Corporate Cash Investment Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2012 and International Client Advisor since 2017. Mr. Kolev began his career in 1998 on the fixed income trading desk at Salomon Smith Barney. In 2002, Mr. Kolev joined the Investment Management Division at Lehman Brothers. His team worked with corporations, foundations, endowments and ultra-high-net-worth family offices, assisting them with their fixed income investment needs. In the fall of 2008, Mr. Kolev joined Oppenheimer & Company in a similar role. In 2010, Mr. Kolev moved his team to Deutsche Bank and continued to focus on investments for corporate entities and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Mr. Kolev was recognized as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2023, 2024, and 2025. About Chris Ready
Chris Ready began his career in Treasury at a publicly traded U.S. retailer headquartered in Columbus, OH. Mr. Ready was a member of the investment committee, responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio and cash management function. In 2014, Mr. Ready joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management to concentrate on managing investments held within Trusts and Estates. In 2015, Mr. Ready joined the Kolev Group to focus on managing the investment needs of corporations, foundations, and ultra-high-net-worth family offices. He was named Forbes America’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, Mr. Ready was recognized by Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in 2023 and 2024.

About Frances Pina
Originally from New York and raised in South Florida, Frances earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from Florida International University, followed by a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in securities analysis and portfolio management. She began her career in the summer of 2017 at Morgan Stanley, within the Private Wealth Management division.
Throughout her tenure at the firm, she progressed through multiple roles within a large team, developing a well-rounded understanding of the Wealth Management sector. In June 2022, she transitioned to the Kolev Group, joining the Corporate Cash Management team where she works closely with Bobby and Chris to support institutional clients.
As a Business Development Associate, Frances plays a key role in identifying and cultivating strategic opportunities to support the team’s growth and expand its institutional footprint, making her a valued contributor to the Kolev Group and a key part of the team's success in a competitive landscape.
Frances holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses.
