Welcome

The Klausner Duffy DiSalvo Investment Group traces its beginning back to 1958, when Jack Klausner began his career as a Financial Advisor with Thompson McKinnon, Inc. Jack worked tirelessly on behalf of his clients; both individuals and institutions, to bring them the highest level of service and integrity. Jack’s son, Daniel, joined the business in 1986 and formally became a team with his father in 1988. Thompson McKinnon was acquired shortly after by Prudential Bache, where Jon Joined the Team in 1992 after beginning his career in Atlanta, GA with the same firm.

In 1997, the Team began working with John Duffy, who was already building his business in the Indianapolis area. John brought a fresh outlook to the Team and a relentless pursuit of attracting high quality clients. The prospects of fully-merging businesses became a reality in 2000, and together the Team spent 11 years at UBS Financial Services, Inc. where both Jack and Daniel chose to retire. Also, within that timeframe, Derek DiSalvo completed a rigorous training stint with UBS in Detroit and L.A. He ultimately chose Indianapolis and the Klausner & Duffy Investment Group to call home. In 2024, Matt Henning joined the KDD Team after working at the Chicago Board of Trade, and in 2013 moved to Zionsville to work in wealth management.

Today, the Team consists of five advisors: John, Jon, Derek, Matt Henning, and Jon’s son, Justin Klausner. Justin joined after spending some time in Denver, working for Janus and obtaining his CFP. In addition to these four, the Team welcomed Patrick Lamey on board in 2021. Patrick serves as a Wealth Management Associate and maintains his CFP. A first-class support staff assists the Team with all thing’s client centric. They include: Jenny Margason, Caryn Wilkinson and Carly Taylor. These three have nearly 35 years of combined service with the KDD Group.

The Klausner Duffy & DiSalvo Group at Morgan Stanley is proud to have been named one of Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams for 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as Forbes America's Top Wealth Management Teams for 2024 and 2025.
