Meet The Kishter Group

About Me

Neil S. Kishter is the founder and leader of The Kishter Group within Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Neil works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and multi-generational families to develop tailored wealth management strategies that reflect their immediate needs and long-term goals. Neil is the group’s primary client liaison and directs overall strategy for the team, as well as portfolio management and investment manager evaluation.

In the March 2020 edition of Barron’s, Neil appeared on the Top 1,200 Advisors in America for the fourth time since 2016. He was also named to Forbes "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" list in 2019, 2020, & 2021.

He has over two decades of experience in wealth management. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President at UBS, where he led a wealth management team that catered to ultra-affluent clients.

Neil earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.

About Me

Andrew works with clients to develop customized financial strategies and long-term initiatives to help grow and preserve their wealth.

He began his financial services career in 2009 as a Client Service Representative at Rydex Investments. He then served as an Operations Analyst for JPMorgan Chase before becoming a Senior Investment Valuation Analyst at Guggenheim Investments. Andrew joined The Kishter Group in 2014.

Andrew holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned his B.S. in Finance.

About Rolando Guzman

As the Group Director of The Kishter Group , Ron works closely with ultra-affluent clients to address a range of needs. He is responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, a process he performs with precision and diligence. Ron is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional. He relishes the opportunity to streamline the financial lives of the clients he serves.

Ron has worked in financial services since 1995. Most recently, he was an Investment Associate with the Kishter Group at UBS. He joined The Kishter Group in 2014.

Ron holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He lives in Rockville, Maryland.

About Lauren M Conlon

Lauren provides a number of operational and administrative services to the team’s ultra-affluent clients. She is sensitive to the preferences of each family, tailoring her approach to reflect clients’ needs. Lauren is also skilled in streamlining complex administrative matters, charting an efficient and thoughtful path forward.

She began her financial services career in 2017 and in 2020 she joined The Kishter Group, where she serves as a Registered Private Wealth Client Associate. Lauren received a B.S. in Financial Planning from Liberty University.

Lauren is originally from Ruckersville, Virginia but now lives in Boca Raton with her husband Ryan.

About Liam J Williams

Liam offers a wide range of administrative and operational services to the team's extensive list of affluent clienteles. He works closely with clients providing an acute attention to detail to their unique needs and concerns. Diligent and results driven, Liam assists in opening new accounts, maintaining relationships and addressing clients' questions.

After receiving a B.A. in Economics from Penn State University, Liam joined The Kishter group in 2021 as a Wealth Management Client Associate. Liam is originally from Rochester, NY. He enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family in his free time.

About Jessica VanHorn

Jessica specializes in providing various operational and administrative services to the team’s ultra-affluent clients. She focuses on the individualized needs of each family, molding her approach to accommodate the clients’ requests. Jessica possesses an exclusive set of skills including opening brokerage accounts, attending to client requests, executing administrative matters, building rapport, and maintaining client relationships.

Jessica began her career in the financial sector in 2016 and joined The Kishter Group in March of 2023, where she serves as a Private Wealth Management Registered Client Service Associate.

Jessica obtained a B.A. in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University. Jessica is originally from Pennsylvania and currently resides in Boynton Beach, Florida.
