Meet The Kenny Team

About Me

Bryce is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.  He is based in the firm’s Tampa, Florida complex.  Bryce and his team typically work with high net worth individuals and families that fall into three categories:  family offices, entrepreneurs/business owners, and individuals that have a concentrated position in a public company.  The team advises clients on matters such as risk mitigation, portfolio management strategies, cash flow analysis, business succession planning, and trust and estate planning .  Bryce draws on his nearly two decades of experience with respect to management of equities, fixed income, alternatives, and lending.  He coordinates with client’s attorneys and accountants to ensure they are on track to meet their personal and financial goals.  Bryce prides himself on building strong personal relationships with his clients and delivers a high touch service model.  He tailors customized solutions for each and every client and takes a disciplined approach to investing while accessing the tools and resources that are available to him in the Morgan Stanley Private Wealth platform.  

 Bryce is originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan and graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1997.  While in college, he interned for Otis Elevator company’s Finance department in New York city.  Following graduation, he moved to Chicago and worked in the Finance department at Worldcom.  He began his career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2000.  In 2004, he moved to Credit Suisse to focus his practice exclusively on high net worth individuals.  After building a successful book of business in Chicago, he moved to Tampa, Florida to build out the firm’s presence on the west coast of Florida.  In March, 2012 he joined Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management as the firm’s first team in the Tampa Bay region dedicated exclusively to ultra-high net worth individuals.

 In February, 2012 Bryce was named one of the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in the country by Barron’s magazine.  He was ranked # 18 in the state of Florida.  In September, 2013 he was named one of the Top 40 Wirehouse Advisors Under 40 years of age by REP magazine.  He was ranked # 31 in the country.  

Bryce is active in the community and believes in giving back to those less fortunate.  He serves on the Board of Trustees for Metropolitan Ministries, he is a member of Old Memorial Country Club, Ye Mystic Krewe, The Union League Club in Chicago, and a graduate of the Lifework Leadership program in Tampa.  He volunteers his time mentoring several of the firm’s Financial Advisors and is active watching and coaching his kids sports (currently soccer, flag football, and baseball).  He is married to his wife, Christa, and lives with their two young boys in the Beach Park neighborhood of Tampa, Florida.

About Me

Brett R. Benson is a Private Wealth Advisor with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division.

Brett graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning in 2007.  While attending Purdue he also owned and operated a pet store in the suburbs of Chicago.  In addition, he worked as a runner at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) during the summertime.  Upon graduation, he began working for Credit Suisse as a Sales Assistant.  Brett moved to Florida in 2012 to assist with the opening of the Credit Suisse Tampa office.    

Drawing on over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, Brett works with affluent families and individuals to create highly customized wealth management solutions based on their needs, goals and challenges.

Brett now lives in the Old Northeast area of St. Petersburg and is an avid fisherman; spending much of his free time on the water.  Brett believes in giving back to the community and currently volunteers at the Florida Aquarium.

About Me

Audrey Schreier is an Analyst with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.

Audrey graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. While in college, her employment experience focused on strengthening her background in Finance and allowed her to work in a customer service capacity.

Since college, Audrey has held numerous positions with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. She works with ultra-high net worth clients, specifically: family offices, entrepreneurs/business owners, and individuals that have a concentrated position in a public company. She has earned her Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. In addition to her position with Morgan Stanley, Audrey founded and currently operates an online retail business.

Audrey’s focus for the team is client reporting and investment research. She is responsible for the preparation of analytical reports, including: custom performance reports, options analysis, and asset allocations. She assists with third-party manager selection, including due diligence meetings with portfolio managers.

In addition, Audrey helps identify business opportunities for the team by utilizing the Firm’s vast products and initiatives. She also helps strengthen the team’s existing client relationship by offering superior service in all aspects of a client’s financial strategy.

Audrey lives in St. Petersburg with her dog, Winnie, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors in the beautiful Florida weather.

About Me

Leslie Scott is a Registered Client Service Associate with Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.
Leslie graduated from Gulf High School in 2001 and immediately went into the work force. She began her career as a teller with SunTrust Bank and Bank of America before starting her career at Morgan Stanley in 2006. Leslie has developed years of experience with Morgan Stanley working in the Operations department prior to becoming a Client Service Associate. Leslie obtained her Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.

Leslie’s main focus is providing clients with exceptional service and supporting the team operationally. She runs the “back office” for the team.
Leslie lives in Seminole Heights with her Husband, Lance, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Some of her hobbies are gardening, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and enjoying all the amenities that beautiful Tampa Bay area has to offer.
