A LETTER FROM SAM AND JIM:
Thank you for visiting The Kenary Wealth Management Group's website. We appreciate the opportunity to engage with you and share the resources we have assembled for you; we hope you find them valuable and informative.
The Kenary family has been in the wealth management business for four generations. Over the past 100+ years, we have been fortunate to work closely with multiple generations of our clients' families.
Our mission is to support and strengthen the financial lives of our clients and their families with the four pillars of Wealth Management: Service, Financial Planning, Investment Management, and Financial Education. Our process is designed to proactively provide you with the guidance and resources you need to achieve your financial goals.

Meet The Kenary Wealth Management Group
About Samuel C Kenary
Sam works with our clients, their accountants and attorneys, as well as Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources team to customize a holistic wealth management plan tailored to each client’s unique needs. This role encompasses work with clients on their most important goals including retirement planning, education planning, wealth transfer, philanthropic management, risk management, 401(k) solutions, and portfolio construction.
Sam is a graduate of Harvard University and joined Morgan Stanley in 2009. To further his education and to expand The Kenary Group’s services to high net worth clients, he earned Morgan Stanley’s “Family Wealth Director” designation and also the Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation through Investments & Wealth Institute® and the Booth School of Business. Both accreditation programs focus on delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to affluent families.
Sam was previously an Associate Faculty Member with the Investments & Wealth Institute’s Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) program. In this role, he provided guidance to CPWA® candidates in the core topic areas of tax strategies and planning, portfolio management, executive compensation, retirement, charitable giving and estate planning.
Experiences that Sam has cherished outside of the office include his years earning the rank of Eagle Scout, his time on the Harvard Varsity Rowing team, and the 4 years he spent founding and running November Project Worcester. Sam lives in Northborough, MA with his wife Sarah and their two children. They enjoy working in their yard, reading, playing golf, and hiking.

About James B Kenary IV
Jim joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 after graduating from Harvard University. He subsequently earned the highly respected CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation which qualifies him to provide clients with comprehensive strategies for reaching their most critical objectives. Jim was recognized in 2013 and 2014 as one of the “Top 40 Financial Advisors under the age of 40 in the U.S.” by Registered Rep., a leading financial industry publication.
Jim is an Eagle Scout and a Varsity Letter winner on the Harvard Rowing Team. Jim served on the Board of the Estate and Business Planning Council.
Jim lives in Wellesley, MA with his wife Blair and their three children.

About Hannah Kenary Goode
Hannah also serves as the Team’s Director of Operations, overseeing day-to-day activities and large-scale initiatives to ensure resources are allocated in the most efficient and productive manner, in service to our clients.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Hannah worked for 11 years at The Baupost Group where she was Manager of the Investor Services team. She graduated from Wellesley College and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses. Hannah lives in Weston with her husband, Rick, and their children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, gardening, and volunteering her time to the Weston Children’s Association.

About Sun Ho Ma
Sun Ho joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and received in-depth training through the 2 year Wealth Advisor Associate program at Morgan Stanley. During this period, he worked with Teams across New England in designing and implementing Financial Plans for high net worth families. As a graduate of this program, Sun Ho now serves as a mentor to members of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Planning Team in New England.
Using his technical training, Sun Ho works with clients to help them navigate through the complex world of family financial planning. The two major areas of this work include identifying a family’s most important and valued goals and aspirations, and implementing tailored wealth strategies that match the family’s unique goals.
Sun has developed a focus on Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance investing (ESG) and works closely with Morgan Stanley’s Impact Investing team to craft portfolios that reflect client’s values.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sun Ho was a Financial Advisor in Hartford Connecticut. In addition to the Series 7, 66, and Life & Health Insurance license, Sun Ho holds CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification.
Sun Ho is a graduate of Trinity College with Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Environmental Science. Outside of work, Sun Ho can be found on the ice competing in Hockey Leagues in Worcester County. Sun Ho also enjoys going on hikes throughout Central Massachusetts with his Golden-doodle puppy named Bo.

About Jeannine Lusignan
Jeannine is known for her abilities to handle complex service matters with clients and their tax and legal professionals. Estate administration, cash management services, cost basis research, retirement plan management, and tax matters are all areas of clients’ lives to which Jeannine delivers decades of experience and the resources of Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Jeannine serves as a Notary Public. Clients count on Jeannine as a 'go-to' professional in their lives.
A native of the Worcester area, Jeannine is an active member of the Hamilton Rod and Gun Club in Sturbridge. She enjoys travelling the country on her Harley Davidson with her husband of 40 years. They have three grown children and six grandchildren.
About Emily Kenary
Emily joined Morgan Stanley as a Registered Associate on a Wealth Management team in her native Springfield, MA in 2008. Prior to this she held a similar role at UBS Financial Services. Emily joined The Kenary Wealth Management Group in 2013.
Emily is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth with a BFA in Photography and Electronic Imaging. In addition to being a talented and professionally trained photographer, Emily enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her husband Hank and their two cats.
About Kathleen Jones
Kathleen has a variety of specializations that together provide an exceptional client experience, including retirement account administration, Morgan Stanley Online engagement, and client profile management. She also works alongside Emily to implement the service offering of our Group’s Financial Planning and Investment Advisory business segments.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she was a Senior Client Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Boston. Kathleen is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in political science. She resides in Holden, MA, with her husband and son.
