About Me

Jo’s primary focus includes portfolio management, marketing and new client development. She is well versed in estate and financial planning, including the comprehensive analysis of investment portfolios. Jo has been working at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms for over 22 years.

Her journey began back when she was born in the Philippines, after her parents emigrated from China. She is the youngest of nine siblings. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Mindanao in Davao City and entered the world of finance. She worked at several different investment banks, but her incessant desire for success led her to pursue a career in the United States.

Jo continued her career in the US banking system and brokerage industry in 1984, joining Morgan Stanley in 1995. With over 30 years of experience in gathering assets as a Financial Advisor, Jo built a thriving practice. Due to her relentless dedication and diligence, Jo received the prestigious "Forbes 2018 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors", “Forbes Top 200 Women Financial Advisors in 2017” award, “Barron’s Top 100 Women Advisors” award in 2007 and 2008, “Barron’s Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in 2009" and was recognized as one of the “Top 25 advisors” in 2007 by the South Florida Business Journal”.

In her leisure, Jo relishes spending time with her husband Ralph Behr, a Criminal Defense Attorney, and her step-son, Michael. She indulges her family with her gourmet traditional Chinese cooking. In addition, Jo treasures traveling with her family, especially to Asia where many of her family members still reside today. She is a member of the Boca Raton Museum of Art and Hadassah of Boca Raton.

About Me

Eitan Esan has always had the entrepreneurial spirit.  Starting and selling two successful companies before he was 26, Eitan has always focused on developing relationships, increasing his education and knowledge, and detailed planning.

Eitan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yeshiva University, a Masters of Public Administration from CUNY John Jay, and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University, where he graduated cum laude.  Eitan and his wife Leah have been married since 2008, live in Boca Raton, and have three children, Ayelet, Elisha and Coby.  They are members of Boca Raton Synagogue, where Eitan is actively involved in the Young Leadership Board.  They are involved in many charitable organizations, such as Helping Israel Fund, Lone Solider Center and Hadassah, where Leah, Ayelet and the rest of the female members, going back four generations, are lifetime members.  When Eitan is not working or volunteering, he can be found cooking high end delicacies for his family, watching football, and playing with his kids.
