The Kasper Group at Morgan Stanley

Our Mission Statement
The Kasper Group has 20 years of experience working with franchised automotive dealers nationwide.
The Kasper Group provides tailored wealth management strategies to franchised auto dealers nationwide. As financial advisors, backed by the power of Morgan Stanley, their main area of focus is managing assets for Vehicle Service Contract Companies (VSCCs).
Tim and Megan take a hands-on, comprehensive approach to be a resource for dealers, as well as other F&I providers. Utilizing their knowledge and experience, they are agnostic to working with all VSCC structures, including but not limited to...
- Dealer Owned Warranty Companies (DOWC)
- Non-Controlled Foreign Corporations (NCFC)
- Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFC)
- Producer Affiliated Reinsurance Companies (PARC)
- Captive Insurance
The Team's methodology is to provide bespoke wealth management strategies that help manage risk-adjusted returns. They help facilitate partnerships with dealers, agents and administrators through the inception of a VSCC, as well as taking an active role through ongoing management. Their goal is to have clients see better success in their VSCC through investing, and it is their priority to do so at a competitive cost.
