About Me

Jason Johnson is celebrating his 36th year providing financial and wealth management advice and services.

He is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and earned his commission in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jason joined UBS Financial Services in February 2009 after nearly 20 years with Merrill Lynch. His team specializes in financial and estate planning, money management, and corporate pools of money, including 401(k) plans, 403b plans, defined benefit plans, non-qualified plans, foundations, and endowments. Jason is a Certified Investment Management Analyst Professional℠ that is awarded by the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business.

He earned his accredited Investment Fiduciary from the Center for Fiduciary Studies Administrators and Record Keepers. He also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist℠ Designation through the College for Financial Planning. Most recently, Jason obtained the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation through the Exit Planning Institute. About Myles Johnson

Myles is a Central Florida native who recently moved back to Orlando after spending time developing his career in South Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. He brings with him 8 years of experience managing strategic projects and long-term planning for large, multi-national corporations and translates this background into helping individuals and families plan for their own financial futures in addition to advising institutions on the structures of their investment plans.

He has earned the Financial Planning Specialist designation and enjoys partnering with multi-generational families and individuals to plan for their goals as well as helping corporations manage their employee retirement plans leveraging his Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designation.

Myles is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Finance and Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics. He lives in Central Florida with his wife and their two young children and is active in his church community.

About Gina Marmora

Gina Marmora is a Senior Registered Client Service Associate with The Johnson Group at Morgan Stanley, where she provides clients with dedicated support in account administration, transactions, and day-to-day service needs. She brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including prior roles at UBS Financial Services, FMSbonds, and Colonial Brokerage Services.

Gina’s expertise spans equity and fixed income trading support, client account maintenance, and asset movement operations. She is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience and has received industry recognition for her exemplary personal approach to client satisfaction. Gina holds the Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 licenses and joined Morgan Stanley in November 2024.

She lives in Central Florida with her husband and their two children where they are theme park regulars and love to spend their vacations cruising somewhere new.

Brian Kerns is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Florida.

Brian began his career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Premier Banker at SunTrust. He also served as a Wealth Management Banker at the Merrill Lynch.

Mamta Shah is the Trust Specialist based in Chicago, covering the Midwest Region. Morgan Stanley provides a full array of personal and institutional trust services to high net worth clients of the firm.
