About Michael Jawien

Michael was born in Krakow, Poland, where he lived until moving to Brooklyn, New York, at the age of eight. He has been in the Wealth Management business since 2006 where he has assisted high net worth clients with portfolio management and financial planning. He takes a proactive and holistic approach to Wealth Management, understanding the complexities of life and the peril of a one-size-fits-all mentality. He began his own practice in 2011 when he moved to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He eventually grew his practice to five registered team members, each of whom are specialists in different aspects of the business. He brings significant experience in executive compensation packages, including stock and deferred compensation, to his clients who are primarily executives of publicly traded companies. Understanding the intricacy this brings, Michael focuses his strategies to support the individual situations his clients face. Through the creation of a tailored service model, his concentration is not only to generate returns through prudent investments, but to retain those earnings through proper planning. He transitioned his practice to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2021, where he believes the firm is best positioned to support his clientele and the aspirations they have. Michael is still bilingual to this day, and in his free time enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, mountain biking, snowboarding, and swimming.

About Patrick Errico

In the complex world of finance, where jargon often clouds judgement Patrick believes the role of the financial advisor is to be a beacon of clarity. His journey in finance, spanning over 16 years, began with a deep dive into the intricate realms of equity exotics and inflation at Morgan Stanley. Yet, he believes that it is not knowledge and experience that sets him apart, but his unwavering commitment to simplicity and honesty.
Patricks life is rooted in the town of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, where he shares the joys and challenges of family life with his wife Michelle and their two children. His days are filled with the laughter of beach outings and the comradery of coaching his kids sports teams. These moments are a constant reminder of the values he cherishes and strives to uphold in his professional life.
In his practice, Patrick believes in speaking the simple truth. He understands that at the heart of every financial decision is a family's hope for a successful future. His focus on after-tax returns is not just a strategy, but a commitment to preserving the hard-earned wealth of families. He believes in making the complex world of finance accessible and transparent, helping wealthy families navigate their financial journey with confidence.
Patrick's approach is a testament to the power of simplicity in a complex world. The greatest wisdom often lies in the simplest truths.

18Participating in a new issue/syndicate is subject to availability. IPOs are highly speculative and may not be appropriate for all investors because they lack a stock-trading history and usually involve smaller and newer companies that tend to have limited operating histories, less-experienced management teams, and fewer products or customers. Also, the offering price of an IPO reflects a negotiated estimate as to the value of the company, which may bear little relationship to the trading price of the securities, and it is not uncommon for the closing price of the shares shortly after the IPO to be well above or below the offering price.
