John Mirsepahi is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management (PWM) with over three decades of experience serving ultra-high-net-worth families, executives, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational investors. John leverages Morgan Stanley PWM’s global capabilities to deliver personalized, sophisticated strategies for clients with complex financial needs, including investment management, family governance, alternative investments, and legacy planning.

John holds the Founders Specialist designation at Morgan Stanley PWM—a recognition reserved for advisors with extensive experience in helping company founders and private market executives manage, grow, and unlock liquidity from concentrated business wealth. This designation reflects his skill in guiding entrepreneurs through all phases of their financial lifecycle, from early-stage growth to public offerings and beyond.

About Matthew Cali

Matt joined Morgan Stanley in 2025 as a PWM Business Development Director with over 17 years of investment experience. He focuses on client coverage, execution services, and fixed income strategies utilizing municipal, government, and corporate fixed income as well as short-term cash alternatives. He works closely with clients to identify their investment goals and customize wealth management strategies that incorporate their unique financial objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™* professional, trained in personal wealth management, retirement planning, and estate planning strategies. He holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and New York Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses. Matt is a graduate of Providence College with a degree in Business Management and Finance. He currently lives in Oyster Bay Cove, Long Island with his wife and two daughters.

He oversees trading for all equities, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, and options. Matthew collaborates with the team in analyzing portfolios and presenting investment solutions for clients based on their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, overall investment goals, and associated costs. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™* designation and has received extensive training in retirement plan solutions, design, and implementation. Matthew holds both his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College with a degree in Macroeconomics and currently lives in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
