With over 60 years of combined experience at Morgan Stanley, the Ives Tran Group brings a unique perspective to all aspects of financial wellness. As a category of one, our team comes from vastly diverse backgrounds, while still having similar values. Highlighting the team, Linh has a diverse background. Coming from Vietnam as a boat refugee, growing up in Norway, then building a family and career in the Bay Area. Matthew, a lifelong Bay Area resident, began his financial career fresh out of college after growing up on the Peninsula. Where he has raised his family and continues to be active in the community.

About Linh Tran

Starting at Morgan Stanley in 2006, I began servicing high net worth clients in increasingly responsible roles. Drawing upon my background as a Vietnamese boat refugee and growing up in Norway, I seek to listen to my clients’ diverse challenges with creative solutions.

Being fluent in Vietnamese, Norwegian and English is like having three souls which also defines my love and respect to other cultures. My husband and I work to instill in our three children the importance of giving back to the community and opening our home up to others. We currently reside in Redwood City and have been hosting international students for many years.
