    Dan is dedicated to helping people achieve their lifetime goals and dreams and realizes there are many dynamics to financial planning. Knowing exactly what a client's goals are and helping to prioritize them is just as important as the strategy that is used. Dan has been a financial advisor for over 20 years. His greatest moments are when he gets to share in the excitement when a client reaches their financial goals such as: early retirement, watching their children of grandchildren graduate from college, or buying a second home.     Dan and his wife Barbara have three children, Kirsten, Matthew and Samantha. When Dan is not spending time with family, he also enjoys mountain climbing and golfing. Volunteering is also important to Dan and Barbara. They have participated in mission work and have worked at their church's homeless program, PADS.

    Jim is a dedicated professional who began his career in financial services in 1991 after earning his Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He met his wife, Gina, in 1992 while starting his career at LaSalle Financial Services in Chicago. Married in 1994, they are the proud parents of three boys, Charlie, Bill, and Leo.

    In 2004, Jim transitioned his career to Smith Barney, which is now Morgan Stanley. Jim’s commitment to excellence and professional development led him to the achievement of earning the advanced designation of Certified Financial Planner in 2007 from the College of Financial Planning. He is passionate about helping clients achieve financial security by working with them to understand, develop and meet their personal goals.

    For Jim, it is deeply rewarding to see his clients achieve their dreams and goals. He has successfully helped his clients navigate unexpected market events, unanticipated life transitions and complex family decisions.
