The Financial Planning Specialist (FPS®) designation reflects training in core financial planning and wealth management concepts used to support a team’s planning process and client experience. Morgan Stanley individuals who hold the FPS® designation are prepared to assist with key planning activities such as client discovery support, data gathering and organization, plan analysis coordination, and the preparation of planning deliverables—helping promote consistency, accuracy, and follow-through across the planning workflow.
International Client Advisor (Ed Riepe)
An International Client Advisor (ICA) is a Financial Advisor or Private Wealth Advisor designated by Morgan Stanley International Wealth Management to serve Non-Resident (international) clients. ICAs have expertise in opening and servicing international relationships in compliance with applicable client, product, and jurisdictional rules, and may travel to permitted countries within the IWM footprint to support clients.

Kelly Saronka is a Business Development Director with the Island Harbor Group. Kelly joined Morgan Stanley in 2016. She has held multiple roles including Wealth Advisor Associate and Client Service Associate. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and M.B.A. in Finance Summa Cum Laude from Molloy College. While achieving these degrees, Kelly was a two-sport Division II collegiate athlete on the Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams. She earned a place on Molloy's 30 Under 30 Alumni list.

Dawn Charmatz has been at Morgan Stanley since September 2022. She joins us with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
