About Richard J. Hazzouri

Richard (Rich) Hazzouri, founder of The Hazzouri Group at Morgan Stanley, has proudly served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Institutional Consultant since he joined the firm in 2005. He brings more than 20 years of dedicated financial services experience to a diverse clientele of institutional investors, and affluent individuals and their families. Rich exercises a strategic approach to team building, which is reflected in the talented and diverse individuals that comprise the team today.

The Hazzouri Group’s client-centric process provides comprehensive financial planning, philanthropy management, and family wealth education to the affluent families that he and his team serve. For institutional clients, Rich focuses on investment policy construction, asset allocation modeling, investment manager due diligence, and performance evaluation in support of his clients’ overarching goals and objectives.

Since The Hazzouri Group’s inception, consistency and transparency have been its hallmarks. Rich has committed to a way of working that strikes a delicate balance between a “local” and “global” focus. To that end, Rich leverages the depth and breadth of the resources of Morgan Stanley, leveraging the resources of a global firm while ensuring a uniquely personal, boutiquestyle service model centered on his clients.

Rich holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In addition to other roles within the group, Rich also serves on the Board of Directors for APIC, an independent organization of Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors, and developed APICRadio, a podcast that features APIC member interviews that continuously advance his subject matter expertise. Rich was honored be recognized by his peers for his outstanding contributions to the Association, awarded APIC’s highest honor, the Tom Gorman Award. In addition, Rich has been ranked as a top advisor in Pennsylvania by Forbes every year since the inception of its rankings in 2017.

Outside the office, Rich is an active member of the community where he has lived for most of his life. He serves on the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Club of Northeastern PA, the Board of Directors of the North Branch Land Trust and is a member of the Corporate Advisory Committee for the Pennsylvania Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems (PAPERS). Rich and his wife Kimberly reside in West Pittston with their sons Adrien and Declan, and their daughter Maeve.

About Roxanne T Flannery

Roxanne Flannery is a Portfolio Associate with the Hazzouri Group at Morgan Stanley, where she effectively manages the operational logistics for a diverse clientele of families and professionals. She plays a crucial role in creating an efficient workflow for our practice and significantly impacts how clients view their finances and future goals through attentive listening and tailored strategies. Her meticulous attention to detail seeks to ensure our clients’ complete success and establishes her as a key team player that is dedicated and relied upon by both clients and staff for her unwavering support.

Roxanne’s responsibilities include opening accounts, transferring assets, arranging cash distributions, and executing trades. She began her career at First Eastern Bank in operations and facilities management before joining Morgan Stanley in 1995. Roxanne holds the General Securities Representative license (Series 7) and has passed the Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66).

As a member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants, (APIC), Roxanne is part of a dedicated group of Morgan Stanley professionals that are committed to professionalism in consulting.

A resident of Wilkes-Barre, Roxanne and her husband Tom have two sons, Connor and Shane. Outside of work, she actively contributes to her community, serving on the Social Concerns Group at Corpus Christi Parish.

About Vince Rocco

Vince Rocco is a seasoned finance professional with a background in financial analysis, education, and client services. At Morgan Stanley, Vince Rocco applies his insight as a Performance Analyst, focusing in evaluating mutual fund performance, asset allocation for institutional and private clients, and portfolio rebalancing for institutional clients. His prior role as a proprietary equity trader helped hone his skills in risk management, technical analysis, and strategic trading.

At the University of Scranton, he serves as the Faculty Specialist and Head of the Alperin Financial Lab, where he has completed courses in Finance, Excel applications, Data visualization, and Bloomberg. Known for his innovative teaching methods and dedication to student success, he has also contributed to research initiatives and strategic committees.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Vince is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience to drive success and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

About Erin Oravic

Erin Oravic is a Registered Client Service Associate and Financial Planning Specialist with the Hazzouri Group at Morgan Stanley. She uses her educational background and professional training to build and maintain positive client relationships. Erin educates clients on account services and the firm’s online capabilities. She also assists in setting and managing expectations, executes financial plans, and supports the team with daily organizational tasks.

Erin’s strong interpersonal skills and dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals make her a vital part of the team. Her thorough understanding and appreciation for individual lifestyles enhance her effectiveness in providing exceptional client support.

Before joining the Hazzouri Group, Erin began her financial career at Ameriprise Financial in Wilkes-Barre, where she first cultivated her interest in the financial industry. She holds a variety of certifications including Bloomberg Market Concepts, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), General Securities Representative license (Series 7), the Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66), Financial Planning Specialist, and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC™). Erin graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, from Wilkes University in 2018.

Erin resides in Nanticoke with her husband, Kyle, and dog, Sadie. Outside of the office, she enjoys going quadding, taking her dog on walks, and spending time with family and friends.
