Formed in June 2019 by Mark Yosten and Eric Grossjung, Harvest Planning Group represents the culmination of a partnership forged in 2012. With over six decades of combined industry expertise, Mark and Eric lead a dedicated team focused on empowering clients to achieve their financial aspirations. Supported by Andres Peck in operational capacities, their collaborative efforts center on crafting personalized strategies aimed at realizing client goals, ensuring a path to sustained growth and prosperity

The team focuses on helping clients put their hard earned money to work by setting financial goals and building a strategy to achieve those goals. They combine their individual expertise into a close-knit team focused on your success. Pulling from their accumulated industry experience and global resources they deliver comprehensive wealth management capabilities. Jared Mejstrik is an integral part of keeping the team running smoothly, for he handles the operational aspects of the business.

Mark Yosten, a seasoned Financial Advisor, brings forth a lifetime of values instilled in a small farming community, emphasizing hard work, delayed gratification, and enduring relationships. With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and over 17 years of diverse experience in financial services, including management roles in customer service and relations, he is dedicated to guiding clients towards lasting financial success. Mark holds designations including Portfolio Management Director and Family Wealth Advisor, and resides in Omaha with his wife Pam and six children, cherishing family moments. Mark enjoys spending time camping, playing guitar, and golfing.

About Eric Michael Grossjung

Eric, boasting over three decades of Wealth Management experience, understands that investing is a journey, having navigated clients through both bull and bear markets. Licensed since 1989, he holds Series 7, 63, 66, 24, and insurance licenses, complemented by Morgan Stanley designations. Formerly at Oppenheimer Funds for 22 years, Eric now resides in Elkhorn with his family, dedicating his expertise to helping clients make informed and confident financial decisions.

His daily commitment revolves around personalized planning, ensuring clients' financial plans evolve with their changing needs. Eric's passion lies in preserving and growing clients' estates, while his downtime is cherished with his wife Jacquelyn and their three boys, William, Ethan, and Luke.

About Eric Townsend

Eric Townsend is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Eric began his career in financial services in 1992 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2017. His professional experience includes more than 25 years as both a Financial Advisor and Private Banker.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. He and his family live in Urbandale, Iowa. Outside of the office, Eric donates his time to Habitat for Humanity, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and ChildServe, an organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children through clinical, home, and community-based programs and services.
