About Me

Theodore Hart is a Portfolio Management Director and has been an investment professional for more than 29 years, beginning his career with Dean Witter in 1989. He was a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s ESOP Transaction Services Group in 2001, the firm’s private ESOP practice focused on implementing Employee Stock Ownership Plans for privately-held companies. His current practice includes foundations, endowments, associations, and high-net worth individuals. Ted implements wealth management strategies for clients, concentrating on portfolio management and developing customized investment strategies.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland. He has been a President’s Club Member at Morgan Stanley since 1997. Ted currently lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife, Cindy, and their two daughters. He has completed over 25 triathlons nationwide and is an avid golf and tennis player.

Patrick Renzi is a Financial Advisor and started with the firm in 2015. Patrick holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations. He focuses on serving the investment needs of high-net worth individuals and associations, and is responsible for new business development and managing client relationships.

Patrick, a Boston native, is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. At Boston University, Patrick played club lacrosse with the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association as a midfielder and conducted youth development lacrosse clinics. He currently resides in Washington, DC. In his free time he enjoys cooking, skiing and following his favorite Boston sports teams.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, she assists clients with a wide range of financial planning issues, including Estate Planning, Insurance, Intergenerational Wealth Transfer, and Philanthropy Management.

Julia is from the Baltimore area, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She lived in Costa Rica prior to graduating college and speaks both Spanish and basic Portuguese. Outside of the office, Julia enjoys playing competitive volleyball, reading, and traveling.

Nastia Putilina is the Client Service Associate for the group, and has been with the our team since 2018. Before joining our team, Nastia worked in upstate New York as a tennis teaching professional. She is now the initial interface for our new and existing clients, and responsible for managing client services and needs, including check and wire requests, account opening, and account documentation. Nastia holds a B.S. in Sports Management from the University of Utah and a M.S. in International Business Management from Durham University in England. Nastia is a former professional tennis player and a collegiate athlete at both Utah and Durham. She is originally from Belgorod, Russia and currently lives in Arlington, Virginia. She enjoys running, reading, and cooking.
