About Alexander Kramer

Drawing on more than 35 years of professional portfolio management and wealth planning experience, Alexander Kramer creates custom strategies for a select clientele of affluent families and individuals. Alex works with many of the team’s largest relationships, leading efforts to deliver truly comprehensive solutions that touch virtually every aspect of their financial lives. Thanks to the trust his clients place in him and his team, Alex was named to Forbes Magazine lists of America’s Best-In-State Wealth Advisors from 2019-2023.

Alex joined Smith Barney, a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley, as a Financial Advisor in 1995. He was promoted into branch management in 1998 and served in a variety of management roles in the firm’s New York and New Jersey complexes. Alex began his career at Financial Northeastern Securities, where he managed fixed income portfolios for banks, credit unions and pension funds.

Alex graduated from the Kent School and went on to earn a BSBA in finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University. He later attended Columbia University, where he was awarded the Certified Portfolio Manager™ designation (CPM®).

A native New Yorker, Alex grew up on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He now lives on the South Shore of Long Island with his wife, Kate, and their three children.

Lisa Bjornson Wolf brings more than 35 years of institutional and non-profit investing, as well as private wealth management, experience to the service of her clients. Working with a small group of ultra-high net worth families and philanthropies, Lisa crafts portfolios and plans based on each client’s specific short and long-term goals.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, Lisa spent 13 years at JPMorgan in both their Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions. Earlier in her career, she served as a Director in Institutional Equities at Salomon Smith Barney Citigroup.

A graduate of the Hotchkiss School, Lisa earned a B.A. cum laude from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences. She went on to receive an M.S. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington D.C.
Lisa holds internal designations as a Family Wealth Director, Alternative Investments Director and Global Sports and Entertainment Director. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including Lotusland (Montecito, California) and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.

About Bibi Conrad

Bibi is a Trustee Emerita and the former Treasurer of the Marine Biological Laboratory at Woods Hole, Massachusetts, and a former Director of Cigna Life Insurance Company of New York. She was recently inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame, Bowdoin College Athletic Hall of Honor, and the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame.

About Amy Daly

With more than 30 years of diverse financial services industry experience, Amy Daly contributes to an outstanding overall service experience for clients of The 399 Park Group. As Group Director, Amy is principally responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of client accounts.

Amy has spent the entirety of her career at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. She initially joined Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1992, where she worked in several areas of the operations department including cashiering, stock receivables and as a wire operator. In 1997, she moved to the International Money Management department of Smith Barney Asset Management as their Operations Manager.

Amy attended her father’s alma mater, The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business, where she graduated with a B.S. in finance. She then followed in both of her parents’ footsteps and entered the financial services industry.

Amy is a native Long Islander who now makes her home in Huntington, New York with her husband, Jim, and their two teenage children. They enjoy living near Long Island Sound and are often found boating out of Huntington Harbor.

About Kenneth W. Henry

Kenneth Henry brings more than 40 years of institutional and private wealth investing experience to the service of the team’s ultra high net worth clientele. As The 399 Park Group’s Portfolio Management Associate Director, Kenneth manages assets for clients on a global basis, and is responsible for trading- and investment-related advice.

Kenneth began his career in 1980 as an equity trader at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He moved to Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. in 1990, a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley, where he served in a dual role as an assistant to the Deputy Chairman and Head of Operations of the International Money Management Group. He later took on the role of Equity Trader for the six portfolio managers within the group.

Kenneth and his wife, Carol, have been married for 27 years and have three children. He is an active volunteer in the soccer and basketball programs in their hometown of East Brunswick, New Jersey.

About Chase Altneu

Chase Altneu graduated from The University of Rhode Island in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He started his career at our predecessor firm, Citi Smith Barney, as the New York City regional sales assistant where he handled administrative reporting for 10 branch offices. He subsequently became a client service representative where he worked with a team of financial advisors. In 2012, Chase joined UBS Wealth Management as a senior registered client service associate where he worked with three separate groups, expanding his responsibilities in day-to-day operations management and client service. Chase returned to Morgan Stanley in May of 2016 where he became a Private Wealth Management Associate. In January of 2017, he formally joined The 399 Park Group, expanding his client service responsibilities with the team

Chase lives in Upper Nyack, NY with his wife Maria Belen and they enjoy spending time building their homestead which includes a large garden, chickens, and an adopted goat.

About Cristobal Colon

Dedicated to creating an exceptional service experience, Cristobal Colon (Cris) supports the team’s clients and Advisors across an extensive range of administrative and operational functions, with a particular focus on cash management.

After graduating from Cardinal Hayes Memorial in the Bronx, Cris went on to earn a B.A. in social sciences at Dominican College of Blauvelt, New York. Determined to make a difference in his community, Cris began his professional life working with troubled families in New York City as a case manager for a nonprofit family assistance program. His focus was on helping families develop the skills needed to prevent placement of their children into foster care.

Cris transitioned to the financial services industry in 2000, joining the operations department of Citigroup Asset Management, a predecessor company of Morgan Stanley. In that role, he was responsible for cash management duties that ranged from funds transfers to trading. In 2006, he was promoted to Senior Registered Associate, allowing him to work directly with clients, provide premier customer service, and utilize the skills he developed earlier in life as a case manager.

Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City, Cris currently lives in the Van Cortlandt Park area of the Bronx with his partner, Lizandra, and two children. He is a competitive bowler and loves spending time with his family.

About Oliver E. Kelley

Drawing on more than 9 years of experience in the private wealth management industry, Oliver Kelley contributes to an outstanding service experience for clients of The 399 Park Group.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2023, Oliver spent over four years with Wells Fargo Advisors, primarily focused on portfolio management duties within their Wealth and Investment Management division. He started his career as a Registered Client Associate with Moors & Cabot in Boston.

Oliver graduated with a B.A. in economics from Trinity College in 2016. While in college, he spent guest semesters at the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth, and at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. A native of the Boston area, he currently resides in New York City. He is an avid skier and golfer.

About Emmett de Kanter

Emmett de Kanter earned his B.A. in Biology at Harvard University, where he was president of his class, rowed varsity crew, studied in Seville, and was awarded for his commitment to community. He attended the Westminster School in Simsbury, Connecticut, where he grew up on campus, captained three sports, and won academic awards. Emmett is an avid reader, runner and rower, and resides in Manhattan.

About Jake P Shulman

Jake Shulman graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Prior to joining The 399 Park Group, he began his career at Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Financial Planning Specialist. An active investor since 2018, Jake has developed a strong understanding of the Equity and Fixed Income markets. Driven by this passion, he is currently pursuing the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) Certification through the Yale School of Management and is completing the remaining experience requirement to become an official designee.

Originally from Long Island, Jake now resides in Manhattan. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

About Mary Grace Regan

Mary Grace Regan joined Morgan Stanley as a Client Service Associate after several years at JPMorgan Advisors, where she served ultra-high net worth clients on a nationally ranked team. Mary Grace focuses on all aspects of account opening and service as well as money movement and reporting.
Originally from the New York area, Mary Grace is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where she obtained a B.A. in Economics, a minor in Statistics, and was a member of the Ciocca Center for Business, Ethics, and Society.
