Meet The Haddad Group

About Alfred Haddad

Al is the leader of The Haddad Group, using his 40 years of experience at Morgan Stanley and the relationships he has built in that time to design and implement investment portfolios for their clients.

Al attended Penn State University at their Hazleton Campus. He left school early to pursue sales positions in Lancaster and Virginia. Joined Dean Witter in 1985 (second generation, his dad George started working for Reynolds Securities in 1965-1998) and gained investment experience and knowledge over the next 15 years. Received his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School and has since 2003 continued yearly education courses and conferences at various accredited institutions and associations.

With technology, utilizing webinars to continue to educate, stay informed and focus on any aspect to helping his clients, is one of his commitments to clients.

Outside of work, Al recently celebrated his 42nd wedding anniversary to his wife Jeanne. His family of three children continues to grow, now the proud grandfather “Jiddo” to three boys and a little girl. Community has always been very important to Al, spending many years working at various charitable programs, most recently, the Vice President of the Board at the Parkland CARES Food Pantry. Playing soccer for most of his life, becoming a coach, Al again spent the time and dedication to further his ability to help his players by becoming a USSF “A” License Soccer coach back in 2000. Currently the head coach of the Parkland High School Girls Soccer team. As a coach, he stresses academics and community as his teams have raised over $160,000 in recent years, all for local charities serving today’s youth.

Classic rock and roll is his go to music choice – especially if he is on a beach, enjoys golf and playing cards/games but mostly, loves cooking and having weekly family dinners with his growing family.

About Tony Haddad

Tony joined The Haddad Group in 2019.

Tony graduated from Penn State University in 2010 and began a career in Special Needs Education. After years of developing relationships within the special needs community, Tony had the opportunity for a new challenge and followed in his family’s footsteps to become a third-generation financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. Tony’s family has been a part of Morgan Stanley since 1965 when his Grandfather, George Haddad, joined Reynolds Securities. George was then followed by Tony’s father, Al Haddad, in 1985 when Al joined Dean Witter. Tony works side by side with Al learning and gaining knowledge from the five decades of experience the team has experienced.

Outside of work, Tony is very family oriented and spends his time spoiling his nephews and his wonderful dog Luna who was rescued from Peaceable Kingdom in 2020. Tony is a board member of Mercy Special Learning center, a special education school and devotes his time to the school and special education community. In his spare time, Tony likes to play guitar and hang out with friends on the golf course.
