        About Jack Graves

        Jack W. Graves is a Managing Director, Financial Advisor, and Senior Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley* in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been in the Investment and Securities Industry since 1985 and with Morgan Stanley* and its predecessor firms since 2006.
        He is the Senior Partner of the Graves Spaeth Group at Morgan Stanley* which is made up of 4 investments professionals. The team focuses on custom personal portfolio management with an emphasis on assisting clients with obtaining and maintaining their retirement goals and objectives. Jack graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1983 with a BBA in Finance. He has served as Chairman of the GRDA Lakes Advisor Commission, Trustee for Northeast Rural Electric Cooperative, South Grand Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board for Wright Christian Academy, plus local Rotary and Lions Club.
        Jack's hobbies include farming, blue water sailing, scuba diving, private aviation, skeet and sporting clays, as well as classic auto restoration.
        He and his wife, Denda, have been married 33 years and have three children.

        About Mark Spaeth

        Mark is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Management Director, and a Family Wealth Advisor for the Graves Spaeth Team, here at Morgan Stanley. His responsibilities on the team include portfolio strategy, implementation and planning. Mark has been with Morgan Stanley since 2006, and has been in the financial industry since 1995. Mark graduated with a BBA with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. He then received his J.D. from the OU College of Law in 1988, and is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at Boulder, Colorado. Prior to his entrance into the financial services industry, Mark was a practicing attorney in Oklahoma City.

        Mark passed the qualifying examination at Columbia University in May of 2011 to earn the Certified Portfolio Manager Designation. This accreditation from the academy of Certified Portfolio Managers is centered on the quantitative aspects of portfolio management and knowledge of capital markets. Mark helps clients build and maintain portfolios designed to achieve capital growth and preservation utilizing asset allocation, diversification and risk reduction strategies.

        Mark currently serves on the board of the Portfolio Management Institute “PMI”. PMI is a nationwide association of Morgan Stanley discretionary portfolio managers. PMI is dedicated to advisor education and promotes leading edge client service and portfolio management strategies for the benefit of advisors and their clients.

        Mark and his wife Shelley live in Tulsa and have two college age sons, Will and Jackson. The family enjoys Colorado trout fishing, mountain hiking and snow skiing.

        About Rocki Walker

        Since 1980, Rocki Walker has sought to help individuals and families build, preserve, and derive income from their wealth. He has done this with the help of a process that he has fine-tuned over the years. Rocki began his career in 1980 after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance. He was hired as an account executive with a small investment company in Tulsa where he began building his practice. To date, Rocki has over 40 years' experience in the financial services industry, including his current position as Senior Vice President for Morgan Stanley, where he is a Senior Portfolio Manager. He's been around long enough to see the Dow Jones Index go from 1,200 to over 29,000. Rocki credits his years of firsthand knowledge and personal investing experience for his approach to the serving clients. His investment management style centers around being disciplined in approach and following appropriate and individualized strategies. Rocki and his wife Linda have been happily married since 1980.         Nancy May is a Financial Advisor, certified as a Financial Planning Specialist.

        Her hobbies include silversmithing, jewelry-making, stained glass, wood-turning, and target shooting. Nancy is involved with her church and has led a grief recovery group there for over a decade. Nancy has volunteered with various organizations over the years. Most notably she performed as a vocalist with Tulsa Opera and later with the Bartlesville Choral Society.         Lorie is the Senior Client Service Associate for the Graves Spaeth Group at Morgan Stanley*. Lorie started in the Securities Industry in 1982 and with Jack W. Graves in 1993.
        She has the valued experience of working in many areas of the industry from back office operations to full client service.

        Lorie's role as our lead Service Associate allows direct contact with our clients. She believes that by taking the time to understand our clients' needs and by building valued relationships she can provide the service they are entitled to receive.

        Lorie is a native Tulsan who lives outside of Collinsville, Oklahoma with her husband, Allen. She enjoys assisting Allen in his business of training hunting dogs off horseback and in doing so, travels to beautiful parts of the country. She and Allen have two daughters.

        About Laura E. Palik

        Laura Palik started in the Securities Industry with Morgan Stanley in 2012, following a career in teaching and being a stay at home mom for many years. She is currently a Client Service Associate for the Graves Spaeth Group at Morgan Stanley.

        Laura’s primary role for the team is marketing, while also supporting team operations, business development, and client experience. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and later received another BS in Elementary Education.

        In her spare time, Laura enjoys playing tennis, golf, gardening and landscape, and spending time with her first grandchild.
