Our Process

At Morgan Stanley, we believe that identifying financial solutions begins with a solid understanding of each client's situation, goals, objectives and risk tolerance. We follow a disciplined process that allows us to work with you to craft a solution that helps meet your individual financial needs:
    Icon Image
    Step 1: Introductory Meeting
Our relationship begins with an initial discussion aimed towards getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your future goals.
    Icon Image
    Step 2: Discovery Meeting
During the discovery meeting, we will work together to establish your financial goals by reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance that can help you achieve the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
    Icon Image
    Step 3: Financial Plan Presentation
Financial plan presentations map our essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee and employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your accounts, helping ensure a comprehensive financial plan.
    Icon Image
Step 4: Action Items / Next Steps
After the financial plan presentation, we will follow up with you regarding our analysis and recommendations, which may include adjustments to your financial plan, investment allocation, company benefits and insurance coverage.
    Icon Image
    Step 5: Implementation Meeting
The implementation meeting focuses on creating prospective strategies custom designed for your specific needs. Recommended changes could include logistics, tax impact, asset allocation adjustments, and saving/benefit modifications.
    Icon Image
Step 6: Monitoring & Performance Tracking
Finally, we will be constantly monitoring your assets and analyzing your performance tracking data, seeking to ensure your financial expectations are being met and adjusted accordingly. Meet The Golden Key Group

About Charles W Tomasheski

Charles Tomasheski is a Financial Advisor, Vice President, and Senior Portfolio Manager with The Golden Key Group at Morgan Stanley with more than 47 years of financial services experience. Charles graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1998. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2001, Charles worked at J.B. Hanauer & Co., Prudential Securities, and The GMS Group.

Armed with the experience that only 47 years can provide, Charles has built strong multi-generational client relationships forged by trust, integrity, and honesty. He is committed to providing unparalleled personal service by actively seeking opportunities to go “above and beyond” expectations. He strives for professional growth and personal excellence with a focus on becoming the best that he can be. He brings a visible level of energy and enthusiasm to all his daily activities and interactions.

For Charles, retirement planning means much more than providing clients with investment advice. It means helping them maintain the financial independence they’ve worked their entire lives to achieve. It means striving to ensure each client has the means to pursue what’s most important to them. And it means understanding them as individuals with unique goals, values, and circumstances that will ultimately determine the strategies he develops on their behalf. Charles’ consultative process begins with an in-depth discussion of your current finances and future objectives. He will address issues you might overlook that can significantly impact your ability to retire as planned. Finally, Charles will determine how he can help you adjust your investment strategy as necessary to accommodate changing conditions and meet any unforeseen expenses and income demands that may arise during retirement.

Charles is a longtime resident of Pines Lake, located in Wayne, New Jersey, along with his wife, Marie. Together, they have three sons and seven grandchildren. He enjoys time with his family, cooking (and eating), golf, all genres of music, playing guitar, and 5:00 AM workouts at a nearby gym.

About Anna Farag

Anna Farag is a Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Alternative Investments Director, and Financial Planning Specialist with The Golden Key Group at Morgan Stanley. Growing up, Anna’s father taught her that, “A goal without a plan is just a wish.” She learned that our actions have to speak far louder than our words in order for us to accomplish the goals we set for ourselves. Years later, Anna continued to incorporate this concept when taking on new endeavors. After witnessing how market volatility impacted her loved ones, she began to see the value in pursuing a career through which she could help those around her make secure financial decisions to accomplish their objectives.

Anna could help her clients preserve and grow their financial, familial, and social capital by providing them with a high level of financial resources and service. With this goal in mind, she did as her father had always said – she planned. After graduating from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, Anna began her career with UBS, focusing on the liabilities side of a client's financial situation. She concentrated on high-net-worth liabilities management, financing solutions, banking products, and lending. With a deep knowledge of how to manage client’s liabilities, Anna’s next step was to understand the bigger picture and help define where her clients want to go and how she could help them get there. She earned the Five Star Wealth Manager award in 2024.

In 2017, she joined Morgan Stanley to provide holistic wealth management services to her clients and help them navigate challenging markets and financial decisions. But, more importantly, Anna’s obligation is to be there for all of the various changes that life inevitably presents.

When she’s not in the office, she loves to travel and visit family as well as plan events, listen to country music, and go jet-skiing.
