He leads the Lake Harbor Group exclusively on the 401(k) and corporate retirement plans side of the practice. Dick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Bachelor of Science. He spent many years after in the biotechnology industry as a Clinical Hospital Representative. As of October 2017, less than 2% of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Advisors hold the designation of Corporate Retirement Director. About Me

My goal as a Financial Advisor is to create a relationship with my clients built on mutual respect and accountability. At the blink of an eye, markets move and life changes. I am here as a resource to help plan for those potential outcomes and offer strategies to the other things that simply can’t be planned for.

Throughout my 17 years in the industry, my approach has been to help manage risk in the short term while keeping a systematic long-term approach to financial planning. This pragmatic approach stems from my background in math and science. I have always been fascinated by learning and the first half of my schooling was obtaining my BS in Genetics from UW Madison. After taking some accounting classes, I developed an interest more in the realm of finance. This led me to obtain my MBA from UW Milwaukee. The combination of these two disciplines has served my clients well over the years.

As a father of two boys, I know how it feels to deal with the uncertainty of big decisions, especially when those decisions can have a large bearing on their futures. I feel the same way when working with my clients. Big decisions should not be taken lightly. I am here to provide a compass rather than a road map. If life takes us off course, we will develop a plan of action to help get back on track.
