About John F Coyle III
John brings extensive knowledge in a number of areas that are important to ultra-high-net-worth families, including estate planning strategies, traditional and alternative investments, risk and liquidity management, and philanthropy. He has significant experience investing in a wide variety of asset classes.
The Family Wealth Director title is a distinction that fewer than 5% of the firm's 15,000+ Financial Advisors have earned. As a Family Wealth Director, John has advanced training in addressing concerns unique to ultra high net worth families. John and the team work with a broad range of services that are reserved for some of Morgan Stanley's most important private wealth clients.
John earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Lloyd Harbor, Long Island, where he is active in the swimming, biking, and running communities. John is a former IRONMAN distance triathlete and still swims, bikes and runs with competitive teams. He volunteers as an executive committee member for Swim Across America, which has raised more than $80 million for cancer research. He personally raises funds by swimming across the Long Island Sound every summer.

About John J. Peirano III
John has spent his entire career of over 20 years with Morgan Stanley. He has obtained a number of advanced professional credentials to help clients, including the Family Wealth Director title, the Alternative Investments Director title, and the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, which is recognized as the standard of excellence for competent and ethical financial planning. John has also received a number of professional awards and is frequently asked to speak to his specific knowledge and experience to other Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors on issues specific to ultra high net worth families.
John graduated with a B.A. in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and earned his M.B.A. from Northeastern University. A former Division I college baseball player, he coaches youth baseball, as well as supporting several volunteering efforts through his church. John serves as member of The “90-Wide” Mentoring Program: A formal mentoring program where more than 130 Holy Cross alumni across 25 states and 25 industries serve as mentors to student-athletes at College of the Holy Cross. He is also an active member of the Delbarton School Alumni Association and Mensa. John, his wife, and their two children live in Mount Sinai, NY.

About Matthew Heslin
Matt draws upon 30 years of experience in institutional trading, portfolio management and wealth management, in delivering advice to address his clients’ complex financial needs. He has worked at Morgan Stanley for over 20 years, and prior to joining The Founders Group in 2016, Matt was a senior fixed income trader at Morgan Stanley working directly with the firm’s largest institutional clients. Matt's career also includes roles as a senior trader and assistant portfolio manager within the hedge fund industry.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in government, economics and philosophy, Matt is an active member of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Long Island. He has led some of the Alumni Club’s largest annual fundraising events, and continues to co-host their annual networking event, which brings together alumni, students, parents and business owners.
Matt and his wife, Sheila, live in Garden City, New York, with their three children. Matt and Sheila are very involved in their community and devote their time to a number of local charitable causes, including the Tomorrow's Hope Foundation, for which Matt serves on the Board of Directors. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid golfer.

About Thomas J Dunn
Using his experience in financial planning and leveraging the vast global resources of Morgan Stanley, Tom collaborates with our clients to help them achieve their financial goals. This includes providing clients with guidance on retirement planning, business succession, estate planning strategies, and investment management.
Tom resides in Huntington, New York, with his wife, Deanna, and their three sons, Tommy, Brady, and Connor. He takes pride in his family and community involvement. He served as the board president of St. Edward the Confessor School and was a board member of the Syosset Baseball Association. Tom also assists with the Syosset Soccer Club and is involved with the American Arthritis Foundation, Children's Cancer Society, and American Cancer Society. A running enthusiast, Tom is also a member of the Greater Long Island Running Club.

Michael grew up Brooklyn, NY and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College. In his free time, Michael enjoys reading, hiking, and bicycling. He lives in Manhattan’s Westside with his Fiancé.
About Katie Rogers
Katie and her husband, Kevin, met at Bernstein soon after she graduated from Loyola College, and have two children. Their daughter is majoring a recent graduate of Dartmouth College, and their son attends the Garden City Middle School. Dedicated to helping find better treatments and a cure for cancer, Katie founded and led My Best Friend, a non-profit group that has raised over $800,000 for the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, and also served on the Board for the Garden City unit of the American Cancer Society. Most weekends you’ll find her on a lacrosse field, cheering on her son. Other loves include travelling and skiing as a family, yoga, baking, and reading.

Lindsey graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, a minor in history, and a concentration in animal science. She has worked in several client service related positions prior to joining The Founders Group in 2021 and aims to bring her organizational and administrative experience to their clients.
Lindsey grew up on Long Island and currently resides in Syosset, New York, where she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and riding her horse, Joe.
