Four-Step Wealth Management Plan.

1.) Discovery: Help you assess your current financial situation. Discuss your financial goals and objectives. Talk about goals for your family and your lasting legacy. Help define your investment time frame and level of risk.

2.) Strategy Formulation: Help create a customized investment strategy based on your specific needs and risk tolerance. Provide portfolio design, goal-oriented asset allocation and solutions for income needs. Develop step-by-step financial plans, education plans and charitable giving plans. Use the financial planning process to assess your retirement needs, college savings, charitable giving, etc. Advise on company sponsored plans: 401k, stock options/grants and deferred compensation. Study cash flow and liability requirements. Seek to develop strategies to help minimize tax liabilities.

3.) Implementation: Provide a step-by-step investment implementation plan. Integrate your equity compensation and other employer benefits into your investment strategy. Offer consultation with your attorneys and tax advisors to ensure a unified plan moving forward.

4.) Monitor and Review: Continually assess investment allocation to determine if adjustments are needed. Conduct formal reviews throughout the year to monitor your progress. Adapt strategies based on the changing tax and regulatory environments. Adjust.

    I am a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. I have 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and have been with the firm since 2018.

In doing this, I have been able to professionally grow in assisting countless individuals in mapping out their financial future for themselves and for those they most care about. My intention is to consistently catalyze one's journey towards achieving their own personal financial goals and freedom.

    I graduated from Michigan State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, majoring in Finance, and currently hold multiple licenses.     I am a Financial Planning Specialist and Wealth Management Associate with Morgan Stanley. My responsibilities include being the liaison for clients and managing all day-to-day operational needs at the Fleischer Group at Morgan Stanley.

    With over twenty-five years of experience, I know how to aid in the functioning of a top-level wealth management group. My superior client service and interpersonal skills make me invaluable to the Morgan Stanley team. In addition, I have earned my Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses.

    In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my husband Bob and two young children Hayden and Ava.

    I am a Registered Client Service Associate for Morgan Stanley and am responsible for handling client service operations, providing quality assistance to clients and staff, and assisting in the management of business needs.

    I provide exceptional service to clients and the staff as a whole and have extensive knowledge of the wealth management industry. My years of experience allowed me to gain the necessary skills to build close client relationships and exceed client service expectations. I've also earned my SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses and am proud to have been a member of this team for over 15 years.
