About David Raphan
A native of Boca Raton, FL, David has deep ties to his community. His passion for investing and wealth management was influenced upon learning that his great-grandfather worked at the NYSE over 100 years ago. This zeal ignited further interest in the stock market when he later in high school interned with Sean and Adam Fetterman, a pivotal experience that led him to pursue a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida. Upon graduating in 2007, he rejoined The Fetterman Wealth Management Group at just 22, quickly becoming an integral part of the team.
Over the past 17 years, David has built a loyal clientele of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and small-business owners. His commitment to helping and educating clients along with dedication to the team have been key to his growing success and strong reputation in the industry.
Beyond the office, David is passionate about health and fitness, with a particular love for tennis and yoga. About Brandon Fetterman
Brandon is a member of one of the most widely respected wealth management teams in the industry. The Fetterman Wealth Management Group moniker refers to Brandon’s father, Sean, and his uncle, Adam, both of whom started serving investors in the 1980s.
Through sharing their knowledge and experience, the senior Fetterman brothers have groomed Brandon to become an integral member of their team. In turn, Brandon takes great pride in helping clients achieve their investment goals and building long-lasting relationships.
Today, his clients primarily include high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and small-business owners, and the children and grandchildren of the Group’s long-time clients.
“I have been fortunate,” Brandon says. “I grew up in a family where investing was a common topic at the dinner table. Even visiting my uncle’s family, conversations often focused on investing. When I finally started in the business, I had an opportunity to work in a different department of a securities firm - each department for a month at a time. The experience with my family and the different sectors of hands on education gave me an in-depth understanding of the business, which helped mold me into the reliant and successful Financial Advisor I am today.”
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys donating his time alongside his mother to the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care (JAFCO) in Sunrise, Florida. In his free time he does enjoy building close knit relationships with clients and the next generations – one activity that is particularly of interest to him is accompanying clients to the annual art show in Miami - Art Basel. In addition, this Indiana University graduate enjoys skiing in Aspen, experiencing new vineyards, playing tennis & golf and practicing yoga & meditation.

12Participating in a new issue/syndicate is subject to availability. IPOs are highly speculative and may not be appropriate for all investors because they lack a stock-trading history and usually involve smaller and newer companies that tend to have limited operating histories, less-experienced management teams, and fewer products or customers. Also, the offering price of an IPO reflects a negotiated estimate as to the value of the company, which may bear little relationship to the trading price of the securities, and it is not uncommon for the closing price of the shares shortly after the IPO to be well above or below the offering price.
13Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not accept appointments nor will it act as a trustee but it will provide access to trust services through an appropriate third-party corporate trustee.
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC (“Morgan Stanley”), its affiliates and Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors do not provide tax or legal advice. Clients should consult their tax advisor for matters involving taxation and tax planning and their attorney for matters involving trust and estate planning and other legal matters.
14Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Investors should review a Program Disclosure Statement, which contains more information on investment options, risk factors, fees and expenses and possible tax consequences.
