About Marc Feldman

Marc Feldman is the team’s Managing Director and leads the team’s investment and financial planning strategies. Marc has more than 34 years of industry experience and prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2000, he was a Senior Vice President at Wheat First. Marc is a member of the firm’s prestigious President’s Club since 2000 and has repeatedly been named as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor. He holds the Series 7, 63, 65, professional licenses, Managed Futures, and Variable Life & Health Insurance. Born and raised in Maryland, he attended the University of MD. Although his true passion is his work and clients, when not in the office he enjoys spending time with Marla, his wife of thirty years and their three grown sons, working out in the gym and playing pickleball with friends.

Victor Fox is originally from Albany, NY and now resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife Lein and black lab Pepper. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance from the Robert Smith School of Business, while simultaneously competing as a member of the University’s Men’s Golf Team. Debbie is an expert on all things Disney and estimates she has been to Disney World twelve times not including the nine Disney Cruises she has enjoyed with her family.

Lyssa Tavel grew up in New York and has worked in Financial Services since 2013. Prior to joining the Feldman Group in 2016, Lyssa was a Financial Advisor with Capital One Investing and the owner of an Interior Design company. Lyssa’s unique combination of creative and analytical skills is a great asset to our team. Marshall Peterson, a native New Englander is from Cape Elizabeth, Maine and joined the Feldman Group in 2021 following his graduation from Loyola University Maryland where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration/Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During his time at Loyola, he was a member of the Club Baseball Team. Marshall is the team’s “new client concierge” and manages our digital strategy, account maintenance items and money movement activities. Marshall holds his Series 7 professional license. In his free time, Marshall enjoys playing golf, fantasy football and is an avid Boston sports fan.

Hanan Juhar was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and has lived in Maryland most of her life. Hanan graduated from UMBC with a B.S. in Financial Economics and joined the Feldman Group in 2023.
