About Me

Diane comes to Morgan Stanley with more than thirty years of investment industry success and dedicated focus on wealth management, with a special emphasis on women.

At Morgan Stanley, Diane demonstrates success by providing visionary leadership in highly competitive financial markets. She was chosen for the elite Rainmakers program, which focuses on the ultra-high net worth clientele of the Global Wealth Management division of the firm. Diane concentrates on women in transition.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Diane founded and ran two separate investment management firms – Ventur Asset Management and Ventur Wealth Management – with distinctly different strategies for high net worth individuals, families, charitable foundations, small companies and non-profit organizations. She was the Founder and CEO and successfully managed each firm over many years.

Diane has participated in the “Women on Wall Street” event at the White House, and is a member of numerous organizations including 100 Women in the Hedge Fund Industry, 85 Broads, Elevate Network, and High Water Women.

Diane has a B.A. in Psychology and Pre-Med from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York. She also has a Masters of Psychology, Education/Clinical Psychology as well as an Advanced Certificate in Psychology from the City University of New York. Ms. Finnerty holds the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD)/FINRA Series 7, 31, 65 and 66 licenses as well.

Diane’s personal interests include collecting fine art, studying ballet and traveling. She speaks French, Spanish and Italian.

Gregg graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Finance, and began his career as a Financial Advisor. Currently he is the Senior Vice President of The FCG Wealth Management Group. For over 20 years, his professional credentials have demonstrated a deep, holistic level of investment knowledge, a commitment to a disciplined approach and an ability to create and monitor customized portfolios and investment strategies.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), Gregg possesses in-depth knowledge of the financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning strategies, investment management and insurance. Additionally he is a Senior Portfolio Manager – an elite designation, which allows him to develop and manage the Group’s overall investment strategy. Gregg is also a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director, having successfully completed a rigorous accreditation program required for comprehensive wealth management across a range of disciplines important to wealthy individuals. He was selected from amongst over 17,000 peers for his extensive knowledge and experience. As a Family Wealth Director, our Group’s clients are entitled to a full suite of financial planning and investment services as well as access to a full breadth of family advisory services - all of which are tailored to meet their unique wealth management needs.

Gregg’s involvement in the investment community extends beyond the firm. From 2011 through 2015, Gregg served as one of nine members on the Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the national CFP® Board.  In 2015 he was elected and served as the Commission’s Chair.  Gregg is a frequently requested speaker on a variety of topics related to financial planning. He resides in North Caldwell, NJ, with his wife and two children.

About Me

Arioch’s extensive background in institutional fixed income trading and portfolio construction adds considerable depth in fixed income to The FCG Wealth Management Group. He is the Senior Portfolio Manager and First Vice President of The FCG Wealth Management Group, a highly prestigious role that reflects his ability to develop personalized investment strategies at the highest level of discretionary and non-discretionary accounts.

Arioch works closely with Gregg Cuvin to design portfolios that complement the parameters of each client’s detailed financial plan. Through The FCG Wealth Management Group’s thorough discovery and planning process, Arioch creates solutions to asset allocation, investment management and retirement planning that accurately reflects clients’ needs, objectives and risk tolerances. He is deeply dedicated to the team’s financial/wealth planning methodology. This commitment is furthered by ongoing communication with his ultra-high net worth clients and their collection of attorneys, accountants and additional outside advisors.

Arioch graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked for one year as an auditor for Ernst and Young before moving to Eaton Vance and learning to trade in municipal bonds. In 1994, Arioch joined Morgan Stanley and worked as a Municipal Bond Specialist and Institutional Trader for twelve years. During this time he ran the PWM municipal bond business, including trading, marketing, portfolio construction and strategy. Arioch transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor in 2008 and joined forces with Diane Finnerty and Gregg Cuvin in 2010 to form The FCG Group.

Outside of work, Arioch serves on the Committees at the Centerport (LI) Yacht Club. He lives on Long Island with his two sons. He is an avid swimmer, and competes in several open water swimming competitions each year.

About Me

Logan Craig is the Financial Planning Specialist of The FCG Wealth Management Group. As a Financial Planning Specialist, Logan possesses the knowledge necessary to address the wide range of financial issues confronting high net worth individuals, as well as individuals who are seeking to increase their wealth. In order to obtain the Financial Planning Specialist designation, Logan successfully completed the rigorous financial planning coursework and passed the Financial Planning Specialist examination. Additionally, Logan has met both experience and ethical requirements needed for this designation.

Logan assists both Gregg Cuvin and Arioch Griffiths with Portfolio Management in regards to portfolio construction and ongoing management. This includes maintaining and executing various customized strategies for discretionary accounts. He also critically examines current and future holdings to evaluate if portfolio action is warranted. His other analytical work includes preparing client performance reports and investment proposals, while also being responsible for developing marketing and seminar material.

Logan graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a B.A. degree in Public Policy and a Minor in Economics, and went directly into financial services. Prior to joining The FCG Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley in 2016, he worked at Merrill Lynch focusing on wealth management and financial planning.

Logan is an avid golfer who competes in amateur events throughout the Tri-State area. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Princeton, NJ.
