About Blaise J Ernst

Blaise Ernst, Financial Advisor, focuses on retirement planning and is the leader of The Blaise Ernst Group at Morgan Stanley in Mandeville, Louisiana. Blaise began his financial career in 1997. Through his client centered approach, he is committed to learning about each client’s specific needs and goals. With his Senior Portfolio Manager Director designation, Blaise uses comprehensive wealth management strategies to develop a customized plan based on each client’s unique risk tolerance, liquidity needs and time horizon.

Blaise is a native of Covington, LA. He serves as President of the Tammany Tigers, as a member of the St. Paul's School Alumni Association Board and has been active with other business and civic associations in his community. Blaise enjoys LSU athletics, scuba diving, and family life with his wife, Monica, and their 2 children.

About Michelle P Warshauer

Michelle Warshauer, Financial Advisor, joined The Blaise Ernst Group at Morgan Stanley in June, 2007. Michelle’s primary role is to implement asset management strategies, review client financials and investment plans, as well as perform research tasks to facilitate required maintenance. She currently holds her Louisiana Insurance License, Series 7, Series 66, 31 and she is also a Financial Planning Specialist.

Michelle, a native of Covington, has graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a co-chair for the Gulf Coast Women’s Advisory Council at Morgan Stanley and is a member of the St. Tammany Leadership Class of 2019. She enjoys outdoor living and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their children.

About Devin Ladner

What I love most about being a Financial Advisor is the opportunity to help my clients achieve financial success. As young girl I thought the one way to help others was to be a doctor. As I got older, I realized there was more than one way to make a difference in someone’s life. I discovered a person’s Financial Health is equally important as their Physical Health.

At the age of 12 I knew I wanted to be a Division 1 women’s basketball player. I loved the game and more importantly loved the process. I was willing to put in the work, miss events and travel to be the best. I had a plan to achieve my dream and I executed that plan.

In 2003 I signed a full academic athletic scholarship to play basketball at the University of Memphis. I went on to have a very successful academic and athletic career. I ended school with a 3.9 GPA and scored over 1,000 points in college and still hold the record for highest free throw percentage. I graduated with a Business Degree with a minor in Marketing from UofM in May of 2007.

In the fall of 2008, I become an Associate Financial Advisor with Hancock Investment Services and in 2010 I became a Financial Advisor. I believe having a plan is vital to achieve all goals whether that is financially, personally, or professionally. Plans are always changing as life happens so my clients have a plan uniquely tailored to their needs. Over the years I have learned to combine my passion for helping others with the skills of planning and executing to help my client’s financial success.

When I am not helping clients, I love spending time with my husband Brantley and my daughters Braylee and Brenlee. I believe where much is given much is expected so I like volunteer in my community. I am currently a member of Rotary Club of Slidell and serve on the Southeast Louisiana United Way Leadership Council. I think the desire to always improve never leaves so my favorite hobbies are working out and reading.

Tiffany Lauro, Portfolio Associate, began her career in the financial services industry in 1997. She has extensive experience handling the operational needs and concerns of clients. Tiffany holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses, and is the first point of contact for our clients. She coordinates the establishment of new accounts, responds to the cash management and account maintenance needs of clients, schedules meetings and events, and is committed to enhancing the client relationship with communication and education.

Tiffany is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. Originally from the south shore, she enjoys entertaining with friends and family, and travelling with her husband, Angelo, and their two boys.
