Planning for retirement may seem like a daunting task and my team and I are here to help simplify the process. We seek to simplify the process by asking the right questions about your financial needs, goals, and risk tolerances. We ask questions about your assets and expenses and find out about what keeps you up at night. Once we learn about your specific situation we can provide comprehensive wealth management advice and help connect all of the pieces of your financial life into a cohesive plan for the future. We will work with you to develop a plan, implement that plan and assist you in continuing to objectively follow that plan. We will execute this while using a high level of professional service and integrity.

  • Step One
    Interview (Complete Financial Blueprint) – During this initial step we will interview you to learn a little more about your needs, expenses, risk tolerance, goals and objectives. We will walk through a questionnaire and will gather all of the necessary information to begin developing a plan. We will also go over the key things to look for when selecting a financial professional. At the conclusion of this first meeting you and I will decide if it is appropriate to move ahead to step two.
  • Step Two
    We will take all of the information from step one and begin to develop a working plan. We will meet with you to review this plan and all details and logistics of this plan and our future relationship. At the conclusion of this meeting we will do one of three things: move ahead to step three, massage the proposed plan, or terminate the process.
  • Step Three
    Establish the relationship and begin to implement and execute the plan as reviewed in step two.
  • Step Four
    Begin client service process, review-evaluate the plan periodically and rebalance the plan as needed.

About Me

For over 18 years, George has focused on meeting the unique financial needs of his clients. His focus has always been on analyzing each client’s unique situation, and providing personalized strategies to assist clients in reaching their goals while addressing all of their financial concerns.  He provides sound, unbiased advice and is known for his genuine concern for clients-a strong asset in a business that requires a critical equilibrium of initiative and discipline. Integrity and a strong emphasis on client service are vital to George’s business. George, and his entire team, work closely with his clients’ other trusted advisors, including their attorneys, accountants, business managers and agents to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive approach.  As George states in regards to clients, “We don’t just hear them; we listen to them, to what keeps them up at night.”

George began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1997 after receiving a B.F.A. in 1996 from Syracuse University.  He rose quickly through the ranks while building a successful practice.  In 2006, George completed his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation through the Center for Fiduciary Studies in association with the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.  In 2010, George was nominated by NABCAP and listed in the Philadelphia Business Journal as a Premier Advisor in the Philadelphia Region.  In 2011, George was inducted into the Morgan Stanley* Business Owner Executive Council.   In 2012, George earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation from the College for Financial Planning. About Me

Jason was formerly a small business owner who spent 15 years serving clients in the tri- state area. In 2013, Jason began the transition into Wealth Management when he accepted an internship with The Ernst Group at Morgan Stanley. He worked during the day for The Ernst Group while finishing his Bachelor’s Degree at Rutgers University (Camden) during the evening. Jason graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. It was Jason’s experiences as a small business owner that made the transition to wealth management seamless. Jason’s time management, organizational, and communication skills are what led him to an opportunity to transition into another career. Jason is never satisfied with the status quo and strives to improve his skill set on a daily basis.
 
Jason holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative license and the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law license. Jason also holds Life, Health, and Variable Annuity insurance licenses.
