Our Mission Statement
We build strong personal relationships, through education and communication, with families seeking professional advice on the most effective ways to accumulate, preserve and distribute their wealth.
Our Story
Our team helps people answer the two fundamental questions that everyone has of our industry. Will I achieve what I want to achieve? Do I have any financial blind spots? The first thing our team does is to sit down and help you define everything you are trying to accomplish with your wealth...with a high degree of specificity. Then we look at everything you're doing financially to determine if what you want to happen actually has a chance to occur. If not, we point out specific challenges and give detailed recommendations to get you on track. Once we've addressed the first question, we move to the second question. Here we take a 360° look at you financially to determine if there is anything you might have overlooked that could do harm to you, your family or your business. Any risk exposure we uncover will be brought to your attention and our team will provide a rational strategy designed to help mitigate the risk.

About Daren F Epley
"The reason I'm in this business is the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with clients. I love to communicate with clients about what's going on in their lives. I especially enjoy hearing about their kids and grandkids. We discuss events like weddings, new babies, and kids going off to college. It's also fun to learn about business and personal trips clients take. Sometimes we even look at the photos together. I also listen and learn about the health issues clients are dealing with personally and in their families, as well as changes in their careers. Sharing all these experiences together is awesome. As a result many of my clients have become friends. There's a great sense of accomplishment in helping to educate them about investing and financial planning by making things understandable without all the fancy Wall Street jargon. I feel strongly about helping them make prudent non-emotional decisions as irrational investor behavior is really the biggest reason most people aren't successful investors."
Daren graduated Cum Laude from Bradley University. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, in 1993, he spent six years as a professional baseball player with the Cleveland Indians and Texas Rangers organizations. Daren is actively involved with Bradley University Braves Scholarship Society. Daren and his wife, Trish, reside in Edwards with their two children.

About Patrick J Wolbeck
"I love the opportunity the financial services business provides me to build high quality, long lasting relationships with our clients. Many eventually become friends. There is no greater feeling than continually being able to help our clients reach their goals and maximize their dreams. One of the most satisfying aspects of our job is the connection we get to build with our clients over things that don't necessarily revolve around finance or their money. Whether it is an anniversary, family trip, marriage of a child, birth of a grandchild, etc., we are afforded the wonderful freedom to listen to what is meaningful and going on in our clients lives. I realize that I am fortunate to be able to do what I love. It is certainly not lost on me and I truly appreciate the fact that I have an awesome career, not just a job."

About Hiral Hudson
I have always had a passion for helping others and I am able to do just that as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. My main focus is on educating and empowering clients, especially women, to make smarter choices now so they can reach their goals and live more securely in the future. To help clients with not only general financial planning but also insurance planning, tax planning, income planning, and estate planning strategies, I went through the rigorous requirements to becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ or CFP® professional. This is the gold standard for professionalism in our industry as it comes with added knowledge and a duty to act in clients’ best interests.
My husband, Sam, and I have been married since 2010 and reside west of Brimfield near the family farm. We have two children, Juliana and Charlie who attend St. Thomas Catholic School and keep us busy with all of their extracurricular activities. Volleyball, Cross Country, Theater, Chess, Baseball, and Golf to name a few!
When not spending time with family and friends, I am busy serving the community. I am a Board member for Arts Partners, Peoria Symphony Orchestra and FamilyCore, and also a member of the Junior League of Peoria and Women in Leadership, where I was given the Community Leader Award.

1Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice.
