What we do

We believe that helping clients achieve their financial goals begins with understanding their needs.  Only then can we provide a comprehensive, rather than a fragmented approach to helping clients meet their goals.  We have found that there are two priceless commodities that measure the success of our relationships, not gold or platinum, but rather trust and loyalty.  By listening attentively to a client's needs, whether financial or otherwise, and consistently addressing those needs will strengthen relationships in the long run.  This approach has positioned us to be part of our clients' inner circle of trusted professionals.

We firmly also believe that to best help you, we need a plan.  A plan involves a portfolio that is designed to deliver what the strategy calls for as an acceptable outcome over time.  It involves calculations and assumptions.  It utilizes statistical fact and educated guesswork.  It creates scenarios and populates them with probabilities.  It involves decision making with trusted advisors on taxes, inheritance, cash flows, debts, philanthropy, insurance and health care.  It doesn't just exist.  It requires revision.  What it does do is demand rational, deliberate behavior on the part of the investor and his or her trusted advisors.

    Over the past 20 years I’ve worked with many families and corporate executives. I have found that my personalized approach in developing customized wealth management strategies has helped my clients. I’ve found that by creating a financial plan, matching goals to the outcome, and then implementing that plan allows clients to spend less time thinking about investments.


    I began my career at UBS in California before moving to Colorado and joining Smith Barney which merged with Morgan Stanley. Although I haven’t yet “seen it all”, 20 years’ experience in the industry has given me a great base of experience and knowledge to guide client portfolios.


    I live in Arvada with my wife Eileen and 3 children, Justin 14, Sophie 12, and Max 10. We are avid skiers, with the kids about to surpass our skills at any minute! The summer time brings multiple, soccer games, and camping trips when we can get away.

    For many years I have enjoyed helping clients navigate through the sometimes intimidating, confusing, and often frustrating issues in the financial world in which we live. There is no better feeling than leveling the playing field, providing “ah ha” moments, and helping clients achieve their goals.


    I began my career at World Savings which became Wachovia and then Wells. I joined Smith Barney in 2008 which was later acquired by Morgan Stanley. I’ve enjoyed working for over 30 years in Financial Services and Wealth Management.


    I live in Louisville with my husband Barry. Our grown daughter Brianne lives and works close by in Boulder. I have volunteered for many years at EFAA (Emergency Family Assistance Association). In 2018 EFAA reached 100 years of helping families in the community. I look forward to serving as president of this great non-profit in the next fiscal year. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and visiting National Parks. This year we tried bee keeping for the first time, let’s say we haven’t yet hit the novice level! Like many clients, I find my greatest joy is when I can spend time with family and friends.
