Our Story and Services

Founded by one of the top Financial Advisors in the State of Florida,* our team manages more than $3.2 billion for a global clientele of affluent individuals, families and family offices. Living throughout the Americas, many of our clients have residences, business interests and significant investments outside their native countries. This multinational orientation adds an additional layer of complexity to the sophisticated wealth management issues all wealthy families must address. These are the situations where our experience and specialized capabilities deliver the greatest value.

Drawing on our own experience and the vast global resources of our firm, we work closely with our clients and their family offices to craft highly customized investment strategies and wealth planning solutions. We are intimately familiar with the complex structures used by affluent offshore investors, and draw on an extensive professional network to help our clients take advantage of the opportunities that are available to them. More generally, we work to provide objective, high-quality wealth management advice that helps our clients protect their assets, provide for their families, and pursue their personal, professional and philanthropic goals.

We serve a geographically dispersed clientele of highly accomplished individuals, their families, businesses, family offices and charitable entities. We currently have clients in several countries on various continents, with concentrations in Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and the United States.

Approaching wealth management as a constantly evolving process, we work to gain and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s needs, goals and preferences. This includes regular visits to the countries where our clients live, so that we can stay one step ahead of evolving regulatory, market and business conditions. This enables us to serve as close family advisors, on call to help our clients make informed decisions about their financial lives and to put those decisions into action.

Morgan Stanley’s highly sophisticated and secure digital platforms help us deliver a seamless service experience to our global clientele. Safeguarded by best-in-class cybersecurity technology, a dedicated team and strong encryption protocols, Morgan Stanley Online and the Morgan Stanley Mobile App, provide 24/7 access to investment and cash management accounts. This includes Esign and Eauthorization features that enable our clients to send wires and transfers from their mobile devices.
Part of a global financial legacy that dates back over 150 years, Morgan Stanley is one of the few truly global institutions with the scale, scope and commitment to serve the international investor. We are among the world’s most capitalized institutions, and we stand as one of the largest wealth management firms in the world.

Morgan Stanley International Wealth Management (IWM) harnesses the extensive capabilities of the firm to serve investors located outside the United States. Functioning as a specialized group within Morgan Stanley, IWM is staffed by specially trained International Client Advisors and managers who understand your wealth management needs. Our International Client Advisors are familiar with the investment challenges and opportunities that are unique to your part of the world, and can recommend highly customized strategies to help you address your specific goals.
We are highly experienced portfolio managers who create investment solutions based on our clients’ individual goals, values and risk profiles. We also maintain two proprietary strategies:

• A U.S. Multi-Cap strategy that includes approximately 50 Large Cap and Mid Cap holdings.
• A Global Equity strategy that primarily utilizes actively managed ETFs, focused on tactical and strategic sector weighting.

Both of these tax-aware, buy-and-hold strategies are intended for the long-term investor.

In addition to our own analysis, we draw on the economic and market research of Morgan Stanley’s Global Investment Committee and Center for Investing Excellence, as well as a variety of leading third-party sources. Our skills and experience give us an advantage to excel in complex situations that require sophisticated solutions, by using powerful resources to help our clients reach their goals, and by adapting to new environments that are the result of the most reliable constant: Change.
A substantial number of our clients strongly believe that their assets should be invested in a manner that aligns with their personal values and religious beliefs. We always welcome these conversations and are able to provide guidance in constructing portfolios that seek social, as well as financial, returns.
