About Ned Dubilo

Ned Dubilo is a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director and Institutional Consulting Director with over 45 years of investment experience. Ned provides strategic investment advice and counsel to foundations and endowments, corporate retirement plans, family offices and affluent families.

Ned received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He began his financial services career with E.F. Hutton. Ned is the former chairman of the board and previous board member of the world-renowned Judge Baker Children’s Center of Boston, which serves as a research, training, and service delivery center for emotionally distressed children. As a former 10-year trustee of the University of Massachusetts, Ned served as chairman of the Administration and Finance Committee, which oversaw the entire University system budget. In 1995, Ned was a recipient of Registered Representative’s Outstanding Financial Consultants Award, a national honor. In 2022, Ned was named by Forbes as a best-in-state advisor for the state of Massachusetts.

Having previously served as the Treasurer for the American Jewish Committee National Board of trustees, Ned is the former Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the National Board of Trustees and is a former member of AJC’S national board Executive Committee. Ned is also the President, board member and former treasurer of Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, MA. Ned is Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 licensed.

Ned resides in Weston, Mass. with his wife and he has two daughters. Ned and his family are avid travelers and enjoy hiking, playing golf and attending professional sporting events.

About Rob Malenfant

Rob Malenfant is a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director. With over 20 years of experience, Rob provides strategic investment advice and counsel to foundations and endowments, corporate retirement plans, family offices, government organizations and to affluent families.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University, Rob started his career in the financial services industry with Fleet Bank as a lending officer. In 1994, he joined Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor and was consistently recognized as a Blue-Chip Council Advisor. Over the last 20 years, in addition to having spent time as an Advisor, he has held a succession of training, branch management and leadership roles.

During his tenure at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Rob has earned the respect of the financial advisor community and senior management through branch management roles in major marketplaces, including NYC, Los Angeles and Boston. He’s also been recognized within the industry as a Top 100 Branch Manager for 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013. In May of 2013, Rob was featured on the cover of On Wall Street Magazine as a nationally ranked Top 10 Branch Manager of the Year. Actively involved in the community, Rob coaches youth sports and volunteers with the Special Olympics and Homestart, a non-profit centered on the homeless in Greater Boston. He serves on the advisory board of Central Catholic High School and has also been a guest lecturer at the Brandeis International Business School. Rob is a graduate of Tufts University and enjoys running, golf and landscape gardening. He and his wife Cathy reside in Weston, MA with their two children.

About Nicholas G Chigas

Nick Chigas is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Senior Portfolio Management Director. He handles wealth planning for clients, and also manages investment portfolios.

Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, where he studied business management. During his time at URI, he was the captain of the wrestling team, a student senate representative, and a member of the club sports intramural council. He also studied abroad at Richmond University in London, England. In addition to his bachelor’s degree, Nick earned a master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2007, Nick worked at Fidelity Investments for almost 5 years as a client advisor.

Outside of work, Nick served as the URI Massachusetts Alumni Chapter Leader for 8+ years, and also served on the board of directors for Friends For Tomorrow, a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding program in Lincoln, MA. About Brian Wilder

Brian is entering the 23rd year of his financial services career and 11th specifically with Morgan Stanley. In the 23 years he’s worked in the industry, Brian has assisted countless high net worth individuals and families with achieving their financial goals, and it’s the experience he’s accrued over time which has allowed him to become one of the more respected financial planners in the Greater Boston area.

About Frank Hill

Frank Hill is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Frank graduated cum laude from Boston College and received his Master of Business Administration from Boston College. Between undergraduate and graduate school, Frank served as an Army Reserve Artillery Officer. He started his career at Merrill Lynch, spent 10 years with Rothchild, and joined Smith Barney in 1987 which became Morgan Stanley.

Scott Notargiacomo is responsible for creating innovative wealth planning and investment strategies for clients of North Bridge Wealth Management at Graystone Consulting. He joined the Group in 2003 from State Street Global Advisors, where he was a Trust Officer in the Private Asset Management division.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Scott began his career in personal financial services with State Street Research & Management Company. He served as Client Relationship Manager of the Private Client Group, which provided investment management and financial and tax planning for high net worth families and professional athletes. Scott also held positions as an Operations Manager and Broker/Dealer Services Manager. He is a member of the Association of Professional Investment consultants (API C), and is FINRA licensed Series 6, 7, 31, 63 and 65.

Scott sits on the Board of Directors, and was previous Chair and Treasurer, at NEADS, a national nonprofit organization that trains world class service dogs for veterans, people suffering from hearing loss and children with Autism. He also previously served on the Board of Governors at Worcester Country Club and was chair of the club’s Golf Committee.

An avid sports enthusiast, Scott enjoys playing golf and hockey. He and his wife, Susan, and their Australian Labradoodle, reside in Grafton MA. They enjoy gardening and working to restore their 1820s Greek revival farmhouse. Both Scott and Susan spend free time assisting numerous charitable organizations with their fundraising and awareness efforts.

Erica attended Barnard College for her undergraduate education and holds an MBA degree from Babson College. Prior to her career at Morgan Stanley, Erica spent six years working in the banking industry. She is also Series 7 and 66 licensed.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, dining out, going to museums, movies, and cultural events.

About Joe Roketenetz

Joe Roketenetz is a Portfolio Associate with North Bridge Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last 22 at Morgan Stanley. He has extensive knowledge of operations and risk management and is focused on providing superior client service.

Joe graduated from Roger Williams College in 1987 with a degree in Marketing and began his career as a Registered Sales Assistant with Merrill Lynch in 1988. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2000 as Senior Registered Sales Assistant and has held the roles of Assistant Operations Manager, Business Service Manager and most recently Senior Registered Associate.

Joe is a native of Woburn, MA where he currently lives with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, playing golf, and staying fit.

Linda Magee provides customized performance reporting, investment manager searches and evaluation for clients of the North Bridge Wealth Management Group. As an analyst, her responsibilities include due diligence reviews and development of asset allocation guidelines and investment policy statements for families and institutions.

Linda is a graduate of Salem State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She joined Smith Barney in 1988, and has been with the current team since 1993. Linda is FINRA Series 7, 31 and 63 licensed and insurance licensed.

Linda resides in Wilmington, Massachusetts with her husband and two children. Linda’s family enjoys myriad outdoor activities and travel.

About Julie Walsh, CFP®

Julie focuses on financial planning for North Bridge Wealth Management. She relies on her strong technical and analytical skills to help create strategic, long-term financial plans that are attentive to each client’s needs for risk management, tax mitigation, and estate planning strategies.

Julie is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and concentration in Finance and has been with the team for over 10 years. Julie has her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and is FINRA licensed Series 7 & 66, as well as insurance licensed.

Julie lives in Abington, Mass., with her husband and two children. In her free time, Julie enjoys reading, travelling and running.

About Rebecca Bessette

Rebecca Bessette is a Wealth Management Associate for the North Bridge Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. She focuses on providing an exceptional client experience for all clients of the North Bridge Wealth Management Group. Her responsibilities include client onboarding, account maintenance, coordinating communications and appointments, enhancing the team’s marketing effort, and assisting with proposals for new and existing clients.

Rebecca graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont in 2014 with a degree in Environmental Studies and minor in Spanish. She volunteered with the DREAM program all four years and was a chair in the program for two of them. She started with the team in January of 2019 and is FINRA licensed Series 7 & 66.

Rebecca currently lives in South Boston and spends her free time skiing, golfing, paddle boarding, and at the beach.
