About Amy Diehl

Amy provides highly customized wealth management solutions to a select clientele of ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs, executives and venture capitalists and their family offices. Amy and her team work primarily with clients in the technology and healthcare sectors, providing timely advice prior to raising a financing round, an IPO or an acquisition.

Amy and her team take a holistic approach to wealth planning, advising clients on virtually every aspect of their financial lives including private and public investments, sophisticated estate and charitable planning strategies, lending to help meet liquidity needs, executive compensation best practices, 10b5-1 planning and more. Serving as an advisor, Amy works to help preserve and grow her clients’ assets, simplify their day-to-day financial lives, and progress confidently toward their most important goals.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, Amy served as an Executive Director in the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in San Francisco and Palo Alto. She first joined J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in their Washington D.C. office after earning her B.A. from the University of Michigan.

In her free time, Amy and her husband Patrick enjoy spending time with their daughter Lily, cooking, reading, and traveling internationally. She is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in the workplace and volunteers with Girls Inc. and Dress for Success. She also cares deeply about finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease, and has worked closely with the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and nationally to help raise funds to find a cure.

About Michael Mallory

Michael serves a select clientele of highly accomplished executives, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists who have created significant wealth in the technology and healthcare industries. Working to gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs and aspirations, Michael delivers holistic advice to address the complex challenges of managing generational wealth. Michael develops strategies that encompass investment planning, liquidity management, lending, and wealth and estate planning. He also plays a lead role in helping clients diversify highly concentrated equity positions in a tax-efficient manner by understanding the nuances of executive compensation, and by delivering advice around 10b5-1 plan structuring.

In addition to being a steward of his client’s capital, Michael also strives to make every aspect of his client’s financial lives easier. This involves creating customized frameworks that resonate for each client in managing cash flows, coordinating closely with client’s accountants and attorneys, and keeping track of all external investments so that he and his team can proactively advise across a client’s entire balance sheet.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, Michael spent six years at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in San Francisco. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business and currently lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Brittany. Michael enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family and is passionate about financial literacy and access to sports programs for youth across the country.

About Noel Cueto

Noel is a Wealth Management Associate who joined Morgan Stanley in 2018, in New York City. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and is Series 7, 63 and 66 registered. He provides operational and client service support.

Noel started his career in New York City at Merrill Lynch Consults on the Institutional Equity sales and trading desk. He went on to join a team of institutional equity salespeople at SG Cowen and moved with them to CIBC Oppenheimer which then went on to establish the equity sales group at Sterne Agee & Leach Inc. Noel switched to investment advisory by joining Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Client Associate in 2014 before eventually joining Morgan Stanley. He moved back to the Bay Area in early 2020 to join Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in San Francisco.

Noel graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. During his free time, Noel participates in endurance sports such as marathons, bike tours and triathlons, including the Ironman.

About Colin Monteith

Colin is a Client Service Associate who joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Colin graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He provides operational and client service support in additional to managing performance reviews and other analytical work for our clients.

About Joe Saadi

Joseph Saadi is the Regional Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley’s Central Region. Within the Trust Services Group, Joe is responsible for delivering the “Open Architecture” trustee platform, which consists of several unaffiliated third-party trust companies who serve in a fiduciary, agency or custodial role for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Joe and the Trust Services Group help Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors, clients, prospects and the professional community understand the corporate trustee services available through Morgan Stanley and how their corporate trustee partners provide fiduciary services to clients. The process involves reviewing trust documents and statements as well as analyzing family dynamics. Joe then uses this information to help clients select one or more of the Firm’s corporate trustee partners to possibly serve as trustee, co-trustee or administrative agent for client trust accounts.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe’s 30 years of legal and comprehensive wealth planning experience include positions as Managing Director at TIAA Trust Company, Market Trust Director at JP Morgan Trust Company, Trust & Estate Specialist at Merrill Lynch Trust Company, and District Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

Joe obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Joe is a member of the State Bar of Ohio and holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

About Elizabeth Chand

Elizabeth Chand leads the Family Office Resource Generalist team and also covers the Central Region. As a FOR Generalist Elizabeth provides specialized expertise to Financial Advisors and their UHNW clients, educating and advising across a broad spectrum of family wealth management concerns, including family legacy and governance, customized wealth education for the next generation, lifestyle advisory and concierge services, strategic estate and financial planning, and philanthropy management.

Most recently, Elizabeth worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group. She worked with agents and their UHNW clients to advise them on issues of estate and legacy planning as well as business succession planning. Prior to New York Life she ran a boutique estate planning law firm in Southern California working with high net worth families and businesses. Her practice focused exclusively on trusts and estates, probate, trust administration and tax. She has over 15 years of experience as an attorney representing individuals and business clients in connection with the development and implementation of sophisticated estate planning strategies and techniques.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Chapman University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. Elizabeth also holds her Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses. Elizabeth lives in the Dallas, TX area with her husband, four daughters and dog Zoe.
