We craft plans to preserve and grow assets, but also to support the creation of enduring legacies that often extend to generations yet to be born.

Meet The Dickes Group

About Me

Drawing on more than 20 years of diverse financial industry experience, Erin Dickes works closely with ultra high net worth families and their advisors and select institutions to structure and implement comprehensive investment and wealth management strategies. Thanks to the trust her clients have placed in her and her team, Erin was listed in Barron’s Top Advisor Rankings by State in 2021 and 2022. She was also named one of Barron’s Top 100 Women Advisors in 2020 and 2021.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Erin served a Managing Director and Team Executive for CIBC Private Wealth Management, where she focused on custom portfolio management for high net worth families and individuals. Erin joined CIBC in 2017 with the acquisition of Geneva Advisors, where she had been a Principal. She previously served as a partner and co-founder of Hadley Capital, LLC, a private equity investment firm that concentrated on investments in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. She also worked on the sell side at the San Francisco investment bank Robertson, Stephens and Company, focusing on the high-tech, biotechnology and consumer industries.

Erin earned her B.S. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum, Chicago and Dallas chapters, and a member of the Economics Club of Chicago. She recently served as a trustee of Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart and completed two terms as board director of The Cradle, a nonprofit adoption agency in Evanston, Illinois.

Erin’s interests outside of the financial markets include spending quality time with her family, cooking and entertaining, running, golf, college football games, pheasant hunting, and all varieties of travel.

About Christopher Roth

Christopher Roth is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. As a Private Wealth Advisor, Chris believes his goal is to serve as his client's personal CFO. This relationship allows Chris to work closely with his clients to define their wealth planning goals and objectives. From there they develop investment risk tolerance, asset allocation, lifestyle management needs, estate planning and philanthropic aspirations. With a strong planning discipline, he helps his clients navigate through the complexities of today's economic landscape and avoid the "noise" of the markets.

Chris joined Morgan Stanley after spending over 16 years at UBS Private Wealth Management. Chris began his career in 2001 with UBS as a Financial Advisor followed by several promotions: first to Sales Manager and later to Branch Manager in offices both in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business Sociology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Chris holds Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 as well as CA Insurance License. Chris is a family man. He and his family live in San Mateo and enjoy the outdoors, sports activities and volunteering in community efforts.

About Evy Stein Keller

Evy Keller has been actively involved in financial management both from a broker-dealer and private wealth management perspective for over 45 years. Charged with overseeing many of the team’s operational and administrative activities, Evy works to deliver an exceptional level of service to the team’s clients.

Evy began her career in 1974 at A. G. Becker, Inc. in Chicago, working with Senior Vice President James J. Arado as his Sales Assistant. She moved with Jim to William Blair & Co. in 1984. In 2003, Jim co-founded Geneva Advisors, LLC, where Evy worked as Senior Sales Associate and began her work relationship with Erin Dickes. In 2017, Geneva Advisors merged with a division of CIBC Bank USA, which became CIBC Private Wealth Management. She moved to Morgan Stanley in her current position in 2022.

Throughout her tenure, Evy has delivered comprehensive client service and administration to high net worth clients, certified public accounts, attorneys and plan administrators. She considers her role to be “inside sales,” compared to the Financial Advisor’s “outside sales.”

Outside of work, Evy is an avid exercise enthusiast who has taught indoor cycling classes at three local private health clubs in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for the past 15 years. She also served as an adjunct teacher/instructor of spin classes at Harper College. Evy recently remarried and discovered her love of cooking with her husband, John Mora, and the help of Charley, their Maltese rescue.

About Matt Gerth

With nearly 15 years of diverse financial services industry experience, Matt Gerth contributes to an outstanding overall service experience for the team’s clients. Working in support of the team’s senior partner, Matt often serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests and is responsible for an extensive range of account administration and reporting duties.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Matt served as a Private Wealth Management Senior Client Service Manager for CIBC Private Wealth in Dallas, where he supported senior relationship managers in all phases of account and relationship management. Prior to that, Matt served as a Trust Administrative Officer for Bank of America Private Bank in Nashville, where he supported trust officers with account and relationship administration and operations for the company's Tennessee market.

Matt received both his MBA and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Shashi joined Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2022 as a Wealth Management Associate. Shashi has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years and is passionate about providing exceptional service to all clients.

Shashi lives in Fremont with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
